An opportunity for a Controlling, Reporting and Planning has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space, Madrid (Getafe).


RESPONSIBILITIES 

The main tasks of the jobholder will be:

  • Support and drumbeat the preparation of the Launch Contract EAC, risk and opps tracking and all the questions from external auditors
  • Support the different work packages in the preparation on the EAC update, tracking of changes and data consistency
  • Support the controlling of the Indonesia programme with all associated tasks cash, EAC, NRC absorption, P&L
  • Support the controlling of DASS UK programme evolution
  • Consolidate, communicate and implement official programme financial references into the A400M tools and processes
  • Coordinate controller’s submissions on time, on quality. Analyse and challenge inputs received
  • contribute to A400M monthly financial KPI report to top management (HoP, HoF)
  • Support various finance department requests for analysis (Military Aircraft, Division, Investor Relations, Treasury)
  • Support any management ad-hoc request, provide with synthesis and analysis of financial performance past and future top down or bottom up, provide with actionable scenarios
  • All KPIs covered (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)

SKILLS:

• Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in finance or a related discipline.
• Negotiation level communication skills in English and Spanish is required.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, including communication, multi-functional team-working, flexibility, proactive behavior.
