Job Description:
Accountabilities:
¤ Anticipate means&tooling needs before each event
¤ Launch material requests for all In Service events performed by the A400M MRO Network
¤ Follow up and drumbeat material availability
¤ Anticipate and resolve any Custom clearance issues
¤ Ensure the right visibility of current and future events is provided to internal and external users
¤ Daily planning update with all information needed per event
¤ Stablish and secure internal means and AGEs, including tooling calibration, shipments control, etc
¤ Prepare and manage minimum stock of items
¤ Operational lead and department representative for financial control of all Working Party activities
¤ Control Consumables life limit
¤ KPIs control and reporting
Main activities:
- Master planning and daily meetings. Monitoring of the preparation status for each Working Party event in regard to material and AGEs availability
- Ensure the right back up is provided through external support when needed (holidays, workload peaks, etc)
- Means and tooling clear inventory and availability per event
- Contribute to right management of means and material for Working Party -WP- (including possible Schedule events -C checks-, Retrofits, etc)
- Clear Requested Delivery Date (RDD) and Expected Delivery Date (EDD) per event
Required skills:
- University degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Advanced level of English
- Experience in Aircraft Maintenance will be taken into account
- Knowledge of Lean and Process improvement methods
- Comunication skills
- Experience on working in military environment and with direct contact with customer
