Dans vos fonctions, vous serez appelé à:
Relevant du Chef A220 de la Planification Intégrée, le candidat fera partie de l’équipe multidisciplinaire des têtes de version.
Il/Elle aura la responsabilité de suivre les jalons primaires du projet de la signature de l’entente avec le client jusqu’à la livraison du premier avion, en interagissant avec les équipes de contrats, Ingénierie, Achat, Méthodes, Logistiques et Planification long terme.
Il/Elle sera en charge, en autres, des activités suivantes :
La publication et la cascade du planning de référence pour chaque tête de version
Il/Elle sera garant de maintenir et améliorer les temps standard de développement avec l’aide des fonctions impliquées
Maintenir le modèle standard dans les outils
Préparer des scénarios en support aux ventes
Officialiser le planning de référence pour chaque Tête de version, qui rencontre à la fois les engagements avec le client, les alignements budgétaires et la planification des ressources.
Fournir des planifications ponctuelles sur certain projets
Faire le suivi de l’avancement du développement et réajuster au besoin
Suivre plus spécifiquement l’exécution des activités critiques
Maintenir les indicateurs de mesures sur les différents cycles du projet
Co-animer les rencontres hebdomadaires avec l’équipe multifonctionnelle en collaboration avec le FCO
Au besoin, agir en temps que délégué du Directeur programme client dans les gouvernances internes
Identifier et anticiper les risques reliés au projet et escalader les enjeux aux besoins.
Initier, supporter et mener des projets de réduction de temps de cycle:
Analyser les temps de cycle et proposer des ajustements à la planification standard.
Mener les projets LTR en utilisant la méthodologie LBIP ( Airbus Lean Business Improvement Project )
Être le représentant de la fonction Planning dans les projets multifonction.
En tant que candidat idéal:
Vous êtes titulaire un baccalauréat en ingénierie, en gestion de projet ou en gestion des opérations
Posséder un background en aéronautique de 3 à 5 ans
Vous avez de l’expérience en gestion de projet et en planification.
Vous êtes familier avec les jalons développement design, intégration et certification d’un avion.
You êtes familier avec la Suite Office ( MS project) et les applications de l’environnement Google
Vous êtes analytique et avez de bonnes habiletés en résolution de problèmes
Vous avez des habiletés sociales pour travailler en grande équipe multidisciplinaire
Vous avez d’excellente habileté en communication, autant en français qu’en anglais, à l’écrit qu’à l’oral.

In your duties, you will be called upon to:
Reporting to the A220 Head of Integrated Planning, the candidate will be part of the multidisciplinary team of Version Heads.
He/She will be responsible for following the primary milestones of the project from the signature of the agreement with the customer until the delivery of the first aircraft, by interacting with the teams of contracts, Engineering, Purchasing, Methods, Logistics and Long-term planning. term.
He/She will be in charge, among others, of the following activities:
The release and cascading of the baseline for each head release
He/She will be responsible for maintaining and improving standard development times with the help of the functions involved.
Maintain standard model in tools
Prepare sales support scenarios
Formalize the baseline schedule for each Release Head, which meets both customer engagements, budget alignments, and resource planning.
Provide ad hoc planning on certain projects
Monitor development progress and readjust as needed
More specifically monitor the execution of critical activities
Maintain measurement indicators over the various project cycles
Co-facilitate weekly meetings with the multifunctional team in collaboration with the FCO
If necessary, act as a delegate of the Customer Program Director in internal governance
Identify and anticipate the risks related to the project and escalate the issues as needed.
Initiate, support and lead cycle time reduction projects:
Analyze cycle times and propose adjustments to the standard schedule.
Lead LTR projects using the LBIP methodology (Airbus Lean Business Improvement Project)
Be the representative of the Planning function in multifunction projects.
As the ideal candidate:
You hold a bachelor&39;s degree in engineering, project management or operations management
Have a background in aeronautics of 3 to 5 years
You have experience in project management and planning.
You are familiar with the design, integration and certification development milestones of an aircraft.
You are familiar with the Office Suite (MS project) and Google environment applications
You are analytical and have good problem solving skills
You have social skills to work in a large multidisciplinary team
You have excellent communication skills, both in French and English, both written and spoken.
