Job Description:

A vacancy for an AIRBUS DERIVATIVES PLANNING/SCHEDULING Engineer has arisen within Airbus Defence & Space in Getafe . The successful applicant will join Engineering Department.

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

• Manage TOP LEVEL and detailed scheduling for the engineering activities.
• Control of deviations in schedule and budgets (manHours). Support to the chief engineer office in the budgeting process and the control of the programmes.
• Follow up of the interdependencies and the overall planning. Anticipation of main risks and issues due to the evolution of the planning. Support to the chief engineer office in the coordination of the engineering activities.
• Be focal point with other organizations involved in the programme (Programmes, Operations, Services, ….) scheduling tasks.
• For the planning tasks will be in supporting inf the following activities:
  • Execution of annual budget OP / EACs / Forecast.
  • Coordination and management of budget (WL) deltas / roll over.
  • Eng. Offers coordination from KoM to delivery to finance for formalization.
  • Myworkload&43; management.
  • Plans and WL control.

Required skills

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

• Educated to degree level in Engineering.
• Experience in Engineering.
• Experience in Integrated Planning within Engineering will be valuable.
• Experience in Project Management.
