Une offre d’apprentissage intitulée Apprenti(e) en contrôle de gestion pour des activités transverse en opération Airbus (F/H) vient de s&39;ouvrir au sein de Airbus Commercial sur son site de Blagnac (près de Toulouse). 

Vous rejoindrez une équipe de 14 personnes au sein du département controlling opérationnel des fonctions transverses chez Opération (Logistique, Transport, Qualité, Manufacturing Engineering). 

Cet apprentissage consistera à suivre la performance financière d’un environnement industriel clé et complexe en supportant les exercices de planification budgétaire, en analysant le réalisé, en comparant l’écart avec le budget et en apportant des explications opérationnelles aux deltas observés.

Cet apprentissage débutera en septembre / octobre 2024 pour une durée de 2 à 3 ans. 

Tâches et responsabilités: 

Encadré par votre tuteur, vous développerez vos compétences en travaillant sur les activités suivantes :

• Supporter la planification budgétaire sur 5 ans pour les activités transversales chez Opérations
• S’assurer de la bonne cascade des objectifs aux opérationnels
• Comprendre les réalisés et les potentielles déviations versus budget
• Approfondir la compréhension sur certaines natures de coûts afin d’identifier des opportunités de réduction de coûts
• Accompagner l’équipe dans sa transformation digitale

Compétences & Prérequis : 

Vous allez intégrer une formation de niveau BAC&43;5 / MASTER dans le domaine de la finance d’entreprise, l’audit ou le contrôle de gestion pour un apprentissage d’une durée de 2 à 3 ans. 

Vous avez les connaissances et compétences suivantes : 

• Solide expérience analytique
• Très bonne maîtrise d’Excel et de Google Sheet
• Expérience dans l’utilisation de Google Suite et SAP
• Vous êtes flexible et avez un fort esprit d’équipe

Compétences linguistiques : 

Anglais : courant

Français : courant 

Vous pourrez, selon les offres proposées, être amené(e) à vous déplacer.

Notre processus de sélection 

L’ensemble des candidatures sont étudiées par un recruteur. 

Si votre candidature est validée par le recruteur vous serez invité à réaliser un entretien vidéo différé. Il sera visionné puis partagé au manager du poste si votre candidature est présélectionnée en Short List. Le manager/ tuteur organisera des entretiens/ échanges avec les candidats short listés retenus avant de sélectionner le candidat final pour cette alternance.

You will join the Operations Transverse activities (Quality, Logistics, Transport, Manufacturing Engineering) controlling department in charge of analyzing, understanding and planning for the recurring and non recurring costs of the above mentioned perimeter.

This apprenticeship will consist in monitoring the financial performance of a complex industrial environment by supporting planning exercises, analyzing actuals, comparing delta with budget and providing business explanations to the observed delta. 

This apprenticeship will start in September / October 2024 and will last 2 to 3 years.  

Tasks and responsibilities: 

You will be under the responsibility of a manager who will help you to identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills. 

You will contribute to the following main activities: 

• Support multi-year planning for recurring and non-recurring activities
• Cascade budget to the business unit
• Understand the actuals and the potential deviation versus budget
• Deep-dive on certain nature of costs to better understand the industrial process and identify opportunities
• Accompany the team within the digital transformation 

Skills & Prerequisites: 

You will integrate a MASTER level in the field of Business Controlling or Corporate Finance or equivalent for an apprenticeship of 2 to 3 years. 

You have the following knowledge and skills: 

• Strong analytical background
• Highly proficient in Excel and GoogleSheet  Experience in using Google Suite and SAP 
• You are adaptable, flexible and have a strong team spirit 

Language skills: 

French: Fluent 

English: Fluent 

Our selection process

If your application is retained by the recruiter during this first review, you will be invited to conduct a deferred video interview. This will be viewed and then shared with the manager if your application is shortlisted. 

The manager will organize interviews with the shortlisted candidates before selecting the final candidate for the apprenticeship.
