Une offre d’apprentissage intitulée &34;Apprenti(e) business analyst en gouvernance des données (F/H)&34; vient d’ouvrir au sein d’Airbus Helicopters sur le site de Marignane.

Vous rejoindrez le département &34;Intégrité des données des produits&34; en charge de la gouvernance des données, de la surveillance de la conformité et de l’intégrité des données au sein de l’ingénierie.

Cet apprentissage consistera à agir en tant que business analyst, analyste de données et facilitateur digital et gérer des projets ayant un impact important sur toutes les activités d’ingénierie d’Airbus Helicopters.

Cet apprentissage débutera en septembre 2024 et pour une durée de 2 ou 3 ans.

Ce poste exige d’être admissible à l’autorisation par les autorités reconnues.

Tâches et responsabilités :

Encadré(e) par votre tuteur, vous développerez vos compétences en travaillant sur les activités suivantes :

• Effectuer un diagnostic technique pour identifier les problèmes de qualité et de conformité des données

• Analyser les allégations de non-conformité au contrôle des exportations (fondement, précision, véracité) et définir un plan d’action avec des mesures à court et à long terme avec les équipes d’ingénierie concernées

• Définir, encadrer et suivre des plans de récupération de la qualité et de la conformité des données pour maintenir la continuité des activités

Compétences & Prérequis :

Vous intégrerez une formation de niveau BAC&43; 5 dans le domaine de l&39;ingénierie généraliste avec une sensibilité numérique ou équivalent pour un apprentissage d’au moins de 2 ans, ou idéalement 3 ans.

Vous avez les connaissances et compétences suivantes :

• Curiosité pour la conception/production d’un avion, intérêt pour l&39;aéronautique

• Connaissance du contexte des données : analyse des données, analyse de la BI (business intelligence), réglementation des données, modélisation des données

• Une connaissance de base de la gestion de projet et de la mise en œuvre du modèle V serait un atout

• Esprit d’équipe, esprit de facilitateur, transparence, bonnes compétences de communication, autonomie et service orienté, fiabilité.

• Ouverture d’esprit, ouverture au changement et approche synthétique d’un problème

Compétences linguistiques :

• Anglais : courant

• Français : intermédiaire  (non obligatoire)

• Allemand : intermédiaire (non obligatoire)

An apprenticeship offer entitled &34;Apprentice Data Governance Business Analyst (F/M)&34; has just opened within Airbus Helicopters on Marignane site.

You will join the Product Data Integrity department in charge of data governance, compliance monitoring and data integrity inside the Engineering.

This apprenticeship will consist in acting as a business analyst, data analyst, and digital facilitator and handle projects impacting widely all engineering activities of Airbus Helicopters.

This apprenticeship will start in September 2024 and will last 2 or 3 years.

This position requires security clearance or requires being eligible for clearance by recognized authorities. 

Tasks and responsibilities:

You will be under the responsibility of a manager who will help you to identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills. You will contribute to the following main activities:

• Perform a business diagnosis to identify data quality and compliance issues

• Analyze allegations of export control non-compliance (foundation, precision, veracity) and define an action plan with short and long-term measures with the engineering teams concerned.

• Define, frame, and follow-up data quality and compliance recovery plans to maintain business continuity. 

Skills & Prerequisites:

You will integrate a BAC&43; 5 level training in the field of general engineering with a digital sensitivity or equivalent for an apprenticeship of 2 years, or ideally 3 years.

You have the following knowledge and skills:

• Curiosity for the design/production of an aircraft

• Knowledge in data context: data analysis, BI analysis, data regulation, data modeling

• Basic knowledge of project management and V model implementation would be a plus

• Team spirit, facilitator mindset, transparency, good communication skills, autonomy and service oriented, reliability.

• Open-minded, open to change, and synthetic approach to a problem

Language skills:

• English: fluent

• French: intermediate (not mandatory)

• German: intermediate (not mandatory)

Our selection process
