Une offre d’apprentissage intitulée Apprenti(e) en Gestion de Projet Durabilité / Environnement (f/h) vient de s&39;ouvrir pour la division Commercial Aircraft sur son site de Blagnac - Wing Campus - Toulouse.

Vous rejoindrez une équipe de 40 personnes au sein du département Projets et Programmes stratégiques et plus spécifiquement le projet de déploiement des sujets environnementaux (“Sustainability”) des Programmes et Services avions. 

Cet apprentissage consistera à: 

Epauler le chef de projet &34;Durabilité&34; (Sustainability) de la fonction. A titre d’exemples non exhaustifs, les projets “durabilité” portent sur la réduction des émissions de CO2 de nos produits y compris lors de leur utilisation par nos clients, la recyclabilité de tous les éléments constituant nos produits, l’utilisation ou le remplacement de certaines substances dans nos processus de fabrication…

Cet apprentissage débutera en Septembre / Octobre 2024 pour une durée de 1, 2 ou 3 an (s).

Tâches et responsabilités:

Encadré par votre tuteur, vous développerez vos compétences en travaillant sur les activités suivantes :

• Structuration des différents sous-projets (définition de l&39;ambition, des livrables, du planning...);

• Préparation de réunions de suivi (préparation de supports de présentation avec les responsables de projets ou sous projets, organisation matérielle des réunions, établissement d’agenda, suivi des plans d’actions des revues précédentes...);

• Préparation et déploiement des activités d&39;accompagnement du changement (identification des impacts des projets sur les différents acteurs, définition d&39;outils d&39;accompagnement du changement tels que plan de communication, formations, ateliers de travail participatifs sur les sujets, mises en situation...);

• Connection permanente avec les différentes équipes en charge des différents sous projets.

Compétences & Prérequis :

Vous allez intégrer une formation de niveau BAC &43;5 dans le domaine de la Gestion de projets pour un apprentissage d’une durée de 1, 2 ou 3 ans.

Vous avez les connaissances et compétences suivantes :

• Connaissance de la gestion de projet (méthode LBIP ou Agile ou autre);

• Des connaissances de base en ingénierie ou un intérêt pour les sujets techniques serait un plus;

• Sensibilité aux questions environnementales;

• Rigueur, dynamisme, sociabilité, curiosité.

Compétences linguistiques :

Anglais : courant;

Français : Négociation;

Allemand : une certaine maîtrise serait un plus mais n’est pas indispensable.

Vous pourrez, selon les offres proposées, être amené(e) à vous déplacer.

An apprenticeship offer entitled Apprentice in Sustainability / Environment Project Management (f/m) has just opened within Commercial Aircraft division at its Blagnac - Wing Campus - Toulouse site.

You&39;ll be joining a team of 40 individuals within the Strategic Projects and Programs   department, specifically focusing on the deployment project of environmental topics (&34;Sustainability&34;) for Aircraft Programs and Services.

This apprenticeship will involve:

Assisting the &34;Sustainability&34; project manager. Some examples of sustainability projects include reducing CO2 emissions from our products, including during their use by our customers, ensuring recyclability of all product components, and utilizing or replacing certain substances in our manufacturing processes.

This apprenticeship will start in September / October 2024 for a duration of 1 to 3 years.

Tasks and responsibilities:

You will be under the responsibility of a manager who will help you to identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills.
You will contribute to the following main activities: 

• Structuring various sub-projects (defining ambitions, deliverables, schedules, etc.);

• Preparing follow-up meetings (preparing presentation materials with project or sub-project managers, logistical organization of meetings, setting agendas, monitoring action plans from previous reviews, etc.);

• Preparing and implementing change management activities (identifying project impacts on various stakeholders, defining change management tools such as communication plans, training, participatory workshops on subjects, simulations, etc.);

• Maintaining constant communication with the different teams responsible for the various sub-projects.

Skills & Prerequisites:

You will integrate a BAC &43;4/5 level training program in Project Management for an apprenticeship duration of 1, 2, or 3 years.

You have the following knowledge and skills:

• Project management knowledge (LBIP method, Agile, or others);

• Basic knowledge in engineering or an interest in technical subjects is a plus;

• Sensitivity to environmental issues;

• Rigor, dynamism, sociability, curiosity.

Language Skills:

English: Fluent;
French: Negotiation level;
German: Some proficiency would be advantageous but not essential.

Depending on the offers available, you may be required to travel.
