Une offre d’apprentissage intitulée  Apprenti en Gestion et Analyse de Données (h/f)  vient de s&39;ouvrir au sein de the Center of Competences of Programme & Project Management sur son site de Saint-Martin, Toulouse. 

Vous rejoindrez une équipe de 7 personnes au sein du département Excellence Opérationnelle en charge de la Gestion de Données et Solutions Digitales

Cet apprentissage consistera à travailler avec le “Programme Data Office” sur la définition et l’implémentation d’une gestion de la donnée qui permettra d’assurer sa définition, sa cohérence, garantir sa qualité et permettre son accès et son usage. Tout ceci afin de permettre un futur plus digital et “data driven” de la gestion de projet”

Cet apprentissage pourra commencer en septembre / octobre 2024 et sera d’une durée de minimum 1 an.

Tâches et responsabilités:

Vous serez sous la responsabilité d’un manager qui vous aidera à identifier vos objectifs professionnels et vous soutiendra dans le développement de vos compétences.

Vous contribuerez aux activités principales suivantes : 

- Aider le “Programme Data Office” sur la définition d’une stratégie et un programme de gestion de données en partant des résultats de mesure de la maturité actuelle de la gestion de la donnée

-  Créer et / ou mettre à jour les modèles de données conceptuels (ontologies)

- Collaborer avec le “Data Officer”, les “Data Custodians” et utilisateurs business pour l’amélioration et la gestion de la métadonnée

- Selon les modèles de donnée et la métadonnée, aider à l’amélioration des catalogues et dictionnaires des objets business

- Améliorer la chaîne logistique de la donnée, par exemple aider au traitement de demande d’ingestion de données et apporter les transformations nécessaires pour que la donnée puisse être exploitée. Documenter les tables de données à destination de l’utilisateur final pour qu’il puisse facilement utiliser et exploiter cette donnée.

- Fournir un support d’analyse de donnée pour l’analyse de cause-racine sur des incidents présents dans la chaîne logistique de la donnée

- Assurer la bonne sécurité de la donnée, en améliorant la classification de la donnée grâce à l’application des réglementations internationales et des règles de l’entreprise

- Contribuer à l’amélioration des procédés / architecture business pour ensuite améliorer l’architecture de la donnée

- Participer à la communication de la “Data Office”

Compétences & Prérequis :

Vous allez intégrer une formation d’un niveau BAC &43;4 ou BAC &43;5 dans le domaine de l’informatique, l’analyse de données, Data Science ou équivalent pour un apprentissage de 1 à 2 ans.

An apprenticeship offer entitled &34;Data Management and Analytics (m/f)&34; has just opened within the Center of Competences of Programme & Project Management on its Saint-Martin, Toulouse site 

You will join the Operational Excellence department (7 people) in charge of Data Management and Digital Solutions

This apprenticeship will consist of: Supporting Programmes Data Office in the definition and implementation of a Data Management Program that will ensure the data design, consistency, quality, access and usage, enabling the future of Project Management, more digital and data driven. 

This apprenticeship can start in September / October 2024 and will last a minimum 1 year.

Tasks and responsibilities:

You will be under the responsibility of a manager who will help you to identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills.

You will contribute to the following main activities:

- Support Programmes Data Office in the activities related to the definition of the Data Management Strategy and Program following the results of the current Data Management Maturity

-  Create and / or update Conceptual Data Models (Ontologies)

- Collaborate with Data Officer, Data Custodians and business users for improving and managing the Metadata

- According to the Data Models and Metadata, help improving the Business Objects Catalog and Dictionary

- Overall Data Supply Chain activities. E.g. support in handling data ingestion requests and providing the proper transformations for its use. Document the end user datasets for easy use of the data by the business.

- Provide data analysis support for root cause analyze issues in the data supply chain

- Ensuring our data’s security by improving the data’s classification according to the company and international regulations

- Contribute to the improvement of Programmes business processes / architecture for the improvement of the data architecture

- Overall communication activities of the Data Office

Skills & Prerequisites:

You will integrate a BAC&43; 4 or BAC&43; 5 level training in the field of Computer Science, Data Analysis, Data Science or equivalent for an apprenticeship of 1 to 2 years. 

You have the following knowledge and skills:
