Une offre d’apprentissage intitulée Apprenti(e) en gestion de projet - conduite du changement (f/h) vient de s&39;ouvrir au sein du bureau d’étude Airframe sur son site de Toulouse Saint-Martin.

Au sein du département 1AX- Airframe Nose and Center fuselage en charge de la conception de structure et de l’installation des systèmes électriques et mécaniques des fuselages, vous rejoindrez un service transverse de 25 personnes dont la mission est le pilotage du business.

Au sein de celui-ci, notre équipe est composée de 9 personnes et couvre les activités suivantes : 

• Conduite du changement

• Pilotage de la stratégie

• Gestion des compétences

• Communication

Cet apprentissage débutera en septembre / octobre 2024 pour une durée de 1 ou 2 an (s). 

Tâches et responsabilités: 

Cet apprentissage consistera en l’accompagnement de notre département dans les transformations que nos équipes de conception multi-métiers sont en train d’opérer.

Encadré par votre tuteur, vous développerez vos compétences en travaillant sur les activités suivantes:  

• Comprendre la transformation et les changements que vont vivre les équipes opérationnelles

• Analyser les impacts de cette transformation sur l&39;ensemble des populations concernées, construire et déployer le plan d&39;accompagnement au changement en adéquation avec les enjeux

• Construire une relation de confiance avec les acteurs clefs de cette transformation

Compétences & Prérequis : 

Vous allez intégrer une formation de niveau BAC &43;4 ou BAC&43;5 dans le domaine du management de projet, de la conduite du changement, de l’amélioration continue, ou une discipline apparentée pour un apprentissage d’une durée de 1 ou 2 ans.

Vous avez les connaissances et compétences suivantes : 

• Méthodologie de gestion de projet, pilotage du changement,

•  Amélioration continue/lean management

•  Rigoureux (se), curieux (se) et autonome

•  Doté (e) d’un sens du relationnel et d’une bonne communication

•  Esprit d’équipe, travail collaboratif

• Aptitude d’analyse et de synthèse

• Créativité

● Compétences linguistiques : 

Anglais : avancé

Français : courant

Notre processus de sélection 

L’ensemble des candidatures sont étudiées par un recruteur.

Il sera visionné puis partagé au manager du poste si votre candidature est présélectionnée en Short List. Le manager/ tuteur organisera des entretiens/ échanges avec les candidats short listés retenus avant de sélectionner le candidat final pour cette alternance.

This apprenticeship will start in September / October 2024 and will last 1 or 2 year(s). 

Tasks and responsibilities: 

This apprenticeship will consist in supporting our department in the transformations that our multi-business design teams are in the process of operating.

Supervised by your tutor, you will develop your skills by working on the following activities:

• Understand the transformation and changes that the operational teams will experience

• Analyze the impacts of this transformation on all the populations, build and deploy the change plan in line with the challenges

• Build a relationship of trust with the key players of this transformation

Skills & Prerequisites: 

You will integrate a BAC&43; 4 ou BAC&43;5 level training in the field of project management, change management, continuous improvement, or a related discipline for an apprenticeship of 1, or 2 years. 

You have the following knowledge and skills: 

• Project management & change management methodology

•  Continuous improvement/lean management

•  Rigorous, curious and autonomous

•  Good interpersonal skills and good communication

•  Team spirit, collaborative work

• Analytical and synthetic skills

• Creativity

- Language skills: 

English: advanced

French: fluent

Our selection process

If your application is retained by the recruiter during this first review, you will be invited to conduct a deferred video interview. This will be viewed and then shared with the manager if your application is shortlisted. 

The manager will organize interviews with the shortlisted candidates before selecting the final candidate for the apprenticeship.
