Une offre d’apprentissage intitulée Apprenti(e) Amélioration Continue (f/h) vient de s&39;ouvrir au sein d&39;Airbus Commercial sur son site de Saint-Martin.
Vous rejoindrez une équipe de 5 personnes au sein du département Stratégie et Compétitivité du Programme A320 en charge de l&39;efficacité des Systèmes et de la Transformation Digitale.
Cet apprentissage consistera à aider le Programme A320 à être plus efficace dans ses process et ses organisations.
Cet apprentissage débutera en septembre / octobre 2024 pour une durée de 2 ans.
Tâches et responsabilités:
Encadré par votre tuteur, vous développerez vos compétences en travaillant sur les activités suivantes:
Support à l’implantation d’Analyse de la Valeur afin d’analyser les manières de travailler avec une attention particulière sur la Valeur Ajoutée et la Non Valeur Ajoutée des activités.
Définition des états Futurs et construction d’un plan d’implantation avec des objectifs d’améliorations des flux et de réductions/éliminations des gaspillages.
Réaliser les interviews de plusieurs organisations du Programme A320 en utilisant la méthodologie SIPOC (Supplier-Input-Process-Output-Customer).
Mettre en place une activité systématique de “Voix du Client” afin d’assurer un alignement des différentes organisations.
Compétences et Prérequis :
Vous allez intégrer une formation de niveau BAC &43; 3 dans l’Amélioration Continue ou équivalent pour un apprentissage d’une durée de 2 ans.

An apprenticeship offer entitled &34;Apprentice Continuous improvement (f/m)&34; has just opened within Airbus Commercial on Toulouse-Saint Martin site.
You will join the “Strategy and Competitiveness of the A320 Program” department in charge of Systems efficiency and Digital Transformation.
This apprenticeship will consist in helping the A320 Program to be more efficient in its processes and organizations.
This apprenticeship will start in September / October 2024 and will last 2 years.
Tasks and responsibilities:
You will be under the responsibility of a manager who will help you to identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills.
You will contribute to the following main activities:
Support for the implementation of Value Analysis in order to analyze ways of working with particular attention to the Added Value and Non-Added Value of the activities.
Definition of Future States and construction of an implementation plan with objectives of improving flows and reducing/eliminating waste.
Conduct interviews with several A320 Program organizations using the SIPOC (Supplier-Input-Process-Output-Customer) methodology.
Implement a systematic “Voice of the Customer” activity to ensure alignment of the different organizations.
Skills & Prerequisites:
You will integrate a BAC &43; 3 level training in the field of in Continuous Improvement or equivalent for an apprenticeship of 2 years.
You have the following knowledge and skills:
Continuous Improvement and Process Analysis
Good understanding of Process Mapping
Lean management
“Continuous Improvement” mindset
Curious, good communicator, team spirit
Language skills:
English: advanced
French: negotiation
Depending on the offers offered, you may be required to travel.
