Une offre d’apprentissage intitulée Apprenti(e) en gestion de projet (ALL GENDER) vient de s&39;ouvrir au sein d’Airbus Helicopters sur son site de Marignane. 

Vous rejoindrez une équipe au sein du département Transformation digitale DDMS (Digital Design Manufacturing and Services) en charge de revoir et d&39;apporter une continuité digitale à l&39;ensemble des processus engineering de la compagnie. 

Cet apprentissage consistera à livrer le projet dans les délais, la portée, le coût et les objectifs de qualité et à la satisfaction du client.

Cet apprentissage débutera en septembre 2025 pour une durée de 1 an.

Ce poste nécessite une habilitation de sécurité ou nécessite d&39;être éligible à une habilitation par les autorités reconnues. 

Tâches et responsabilités : 

Encadré(e) par votre tuteur, vous développerez vos compétences en travaillant sur les activités suivantes : 

• En collaboration avec le PMO, vous rapporterez au Head of DDMS, vous participerez au développement stratégique et au déploiement du projet DDMS pour tous les programmes et fonctions opérationnelles impactés par Airbus Helicopters : Bureau d&39;études, Manufacturing, Support & Services.

• Vous contribuerez à atteindre les objectifs du projet (délai, portée, coût et qualité) auprès des parties prenantes dans le respect des règles et réglementations internes et externes.

• Vous assurerez la qualité des données du projet pour le déploiement et fournirez également un soutien aux stratégies de gestion du changement et de communication.

• Vous assurerez une intégration efficace des leçons apprises

• Vous serez actif dans le reporting des risques et des opportunités

Compétences & Prérequis :

Vous allez intégrer une formation de niveau BAC &43;5 dans le domaine de la gestion de projet pour un apprentissage d’une durée de 1 an. 

Vous avez les connaissances et compétences suivantes : 

• Connaissances en méthodologie Agile et gestion de projet

• Connaissance de Google Suite

• Haut niveau de compétences en communication

• La flexibilité et l’orientation vers les objectifs font partie de vos compétences

Compétences linguistiques : 

• Anglais : avancé

• Français : courant 

Vous pourrez, selon les offres proposées, être amené(e) à vous déplacer.

An apprenticeship offer entitled &34;Apprentice in project management (ALL GENDER)&34; has just opened within Airbus Helicopters on Marignane site. 

You will join the DDMS (Digital Design Manufacturing and Services) digital transformation department in charge of reviewing and bringing digital continuity to all the company&39;s engineering processes. 

This apprenticeship will consist in delivering the Project within time, scope, cost and quality objectives and to customer satisfaction.

This apprenticeship will start in September 2025 and will last 1 year. 

This position requires security clearance or requires being eligible for clearance by recognized authorities. 

Tasks and responsibilities: 

You will be under the responsibility of a manager who will help you to identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills. 

You will contribute to the following main activities: 

• In collaboration with the PMO, you will report to the Head of DDMS, you will participate in the DDMS Project strategic development and deployment for all airbus helicopters impacted programs and operational functions : Design office, Manufacturing, Support & Services.

• You will contribute to achieve the project objectives (Time, scope, cost, and quality) to stakeholders in compliance with internal and external rules and regulations

• You will be responsible for ensuring the project data quality for the deployment and also  to provide support for the change management & communication strategies.

• The  creation of reports concerning status as well as the set up  lead of related meetings are part of this job

• You will ensure effective integration of lessons learnt

• You will be active in reporting the risks and opportunities  

Skills & Prerequisites: 

You will integrate a BAC&43; 5 level training in the field of project management or equivalent for an apprenticeship of 1 year.

You have the following knowledge and skills: 

• High level of communication skills

• Flexibility and goal orientation are part of your skillset

• Agile Methodology and project management

• Google Suite knowledge

Language skills: 

• English: advanced

• French: fluent
