An opportunity has arisen within the ATR Engineering Directorate, in the Scheduled Maintenance Engineering service.

The ATR Scheduled Maintenance Engineering service (EOS – 6 people) is in charge for developing all the ATR scheduled maintenance manuals (MRBR, TLD, MPD).

You will be responsible for the Time Limits Documents (TLD) coordination and will be involved in MSG-3 activities with the objective to ensure ATR maintenance program safety and efficiency.

You will be in charge of the following activities:

- Time Limits Document coordination:

The Time Limits Document (also called Airworthiness Limitations) provides airlines with the mandatory time limits for the inspection of the airframe, replacement of parts, or necessary maintenance of equipment.

In that frame, you will manage the following activities:

  • Monitor “changes to type certificate” that will impact the Time Limits Documents
  • Collect inputs (maintenance requirements and associated justifications) from design office
  • Check the maturity of those inputs and launch appropriate TLD revision process (normal or temporary revision) depending on project constraints
  • Prepare TLD revisions and associated justification notes
  • Organize and follow TLD justification notes internal approval phase
  • Deliver Time Limits Documents to ATR certification office for EASA approval
  • Provide support to ATR certification team during EASA approval phase when required
  • Once approved by EASA, deliver the TLD to ATR publication team and MPD responsible
  • Provide data and support for MPD preparation
  • Initiate and manage any process improvement related to TLD activity

- Systems maintenance program update through MSG-3 methodology:

  • Prepare system MSG-3 analyses
  • Launch the creation of maintenance procedures in case of task creation
  • Participate in MRB process working group, present MSG-3 changes to airworthiness authorities and airlines in view to obtain a validation of the changes
  • Support maintenance checks optimization campaigns
  • Provide support for MRBR and MPD preparation

- Additionally, you will answer to airline queries allocated to ATR Scheduled Maintenance engineering Team.

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experiences:

Languages:

French: negotiation level

English: negotiation level (regular exchanges with EASA or customers)

Education:

- Diploma BAC&43;5 in maintenance aeronautics (or BAC&43;3 with at least 10 year of experience on scheduled maintenance (TCH, Airline, CAMO)

Technical background required:

- Good knowledge of aircraft maintenance and associated technical documentations

- Good knowledge of aircraft modification certification process

- A CAMO experience would be appreciated

- A knowledge of ATR aircraft systems and structures would be appreciated

Soft skills:

- Team spirit, customer oriented and open minded

- Good sense of organization and coordination skills

- Good adaptability and creativity

The position being split between two activities, flexibility skills will be required.
