ATR Coordinateur Logistique M/F

Job Description:

Au sein du département Opérations & Achats, le département Transverse Excellence Opérationnel est en charge des projets d’amélioration transverses, de l’analyse des données, de la performance et le logistique de la ligne d’assemblage (FAL). Plus spécifiquement, l’unité de la logistique est responsable des flux internes et externes de la ligne d’assemblage d’ATR, notamment les kanbans quincaillerie, les kanbans produits chimiques, le transport et le stockage ainsi que les mallettes et les moyens logistiques. Le titulaire du poste rapportera au responsable logistique FAL et aura un rôle clé dans la gestion des solutions des moyens de distribution logistiques.

Responsabilitès:

Gestion opérationnelle

• Gestion des fournisseurs logistiques internes et externes (Suivi opérationnel, contrôle et suivi des indicateurs, traitement litiges opérationnels)
• Gestion et suivi du budget concernant le périmètre déterminé (Commandes, bon de livraison, réception).
• Pilotage, suivi et contrôle des flux opérationnels des norias des moyens de distribution logistiques (USM/MDU - unité mobile standard ou spécifiques / unité de distribution mobile & mallettes).
• Définition, adaptation et maintenance des solutions des moyens de distribution logistiques (mallettes, contrat de préparation et moyens logistiques standards/spécifiques) en fonction des besoins de la chaine d’approvisionnement.
• Interaction avec les clients internes selon les processus définis (Environnement, H&S, outillage…).
• Mise en œuvre de systèmes de contrôle sur les flux en s’appuyant sur les systèmes informatiques d’ATR (SAP PGI, PEA).
• Coordination, mise en œuvre, suivi, contrôle et formalisation des plans d’action agréés en lien avec la Production (évolutions de cadences pour adapter les moyens en conséquence).
• Assurer l&39;utilisation appropriée des moyens logistiques pour une activité donnée ainsi que le leur maintenance via audits ponctuels pour le suivi et l’application des règles d’utilisation.  
• Amélioration continue sur le périmètre d’activité.

  Qualifications

• De préférence diplôme en supply chain management, opérations, logistique, transport ou ingénierie.
• Expérience de 5 ans
• Connaissance approfondie des systèmes informatiques (SAP et autres)
• Maîtrise du pack Microsoft office
• Connaissance et maîtrise des techniques &34;lean&34; et de l&39;amélioration continue

As part of the Operations & Purchasing department, the Transverse Operational Excellence department is in charge of transverse improvement projects, data analysis, performance and the assembly line logistics (FAL). Precisely, the logistics team is responsible for the internal and external flows of the ATR assembly line, including hardware kanbans, chemical kanbans, transport and storage, as well as briefcases and logistics distribution means. The logistic coordinator will report to the Head of FAL Logistics and will play a key role in managing logistics distribution solutions.

Responsibilities:

Operational management

• Management of internal and external logistics suppliers (operational follow-up, control and monitoring of indicators, management of operational discrepancies).
• Management and monitoring of the budget for the defined scope (orders, delivery notes, inbound flow).
• Management, monitoring and control of operational flows of norias of logistics distribution means (USM/MDU - standard or specific mobile unit / mobile distribution unit & briefcases).
• Definition, adaptation and maintenance of logistics distribution means solutions (briefcases, preparation contract and standard/specific logistics means) according to the needs of the supply chain.
• Interaction with internal customers according to defined processes (Environment, H&S, tools...).
• Implementation of control systems (kanban flows) using ATR IT systems (SAP PGI, PEA).
• Implementation, monitoring, control, and formalization of agreed action plans in conjunction with Production (to be able to adapt the logistics distribution means as production ramp up).
• Ensure the appropriate use of logistical means for specific activities as well as their maintenance via occasional audits for the monitoring and application of golden rules.
• Continuous improvement within the scope of activity.

  Qualifications

• Ideally a degree in supply chain management, operations, logistics, business administration, transportation, or engineering.
• 5-year experience
• Strong IT systems knowledge (SAP & other)
• Microsoft office experienced user
• Knowledge of lean techniques and continuous improvement
