The Airbus Helicopters Flexrotor Program offers one of the most advanced small tactical unmanned aerial systems (STUAS) with vertical take-off and landing (VTOL). It can be used day or night by US and allied forces for a diverse range of intelligence, surveillance, target acquisition and reconnaissance (ISTAR) on land and at sea.

Your Boarding Pass:
  • Ten (10) years of Aerospace/Aviation Industry, Military or Quality experience and 3 years in a Leadership role Civilian and/or Military
  • Preferred: Twelve (12) years of Aerospace/Aviation Industry, Military or Quality experience and 3 years in a Leadership role Civilian and/or Military
  • Experience in UAS industry to include land and maritime operational leadership, customer interaction, contract management, and budget execution
  • Establish a great foundation and eventual certification to an approved AS9100 QMS
  • Minimum of four (4) years of experience with management experience with products and/or technologies for U.S. Government, international, and/or commercial customers
  • Experience with U.S. Government contracting requirements, including fixed price and cost-plus contracts

SUMMARY PAY RANGE: $127,000.00 - $165,000.00, annually
