Ideally, you should bring:

• Completed vocational training (preferably in freight forwarding and logistics) and ideally practical experience in logistics/air freight
• Customs, aviation security and dangerous goods knowledge as well as experience in the documentary handling of air freight shipments or airline handling are an advantage
• Customer- and solution-orientated way of working and a high level of service orientation
• Very good knowledge of German and advanced knowledge of written and spoken English
• Ability to work in a team, resilience and stress resistance
• Good communication skills and an enjoyment of working with people
• Willingness and ability to work in shifts (early/late/night)
• Results-orientated thinking and acting
