Details of the position:

• Contract type : 6-month renewable fixed-term contract
 • Job grading (new Convention collective de la Métallurgie if based in France) &61; G14
 • Location &61; Blagnac, France
 • Onsite/Remote/Hybrid &61; Hybrid (up to 2 days of telework per week )

• Travel &61; This role may involve some international business travel and as such,
 you must be able to travel accordingly

Your mission

• Develop and deliver Problem Solving training solutions
  • Deliver training solutions on time, on cost and on&43; quality for the following subjects:
    • Problem Solving
  • Develop new training solutions (courses, learning solutions,…) addressing customer needs, and ensure the proper project management for new developments

• Improve the portfolio of Problem Solving solutions
  • Drive product portfolio evolution in order to address market needs
  • Contribute to designing technical approach for commercial proposals to clients
  • Identify new entrants and new technology in Problem Solving
  • Maintain and develop the customer relationship, in particular with Airbus stakeholders

Activity average split: Training solutions development and delivery 50, Problem Solving solutions portfolio improvement 20, support to client commercial proposals 20, contribute to company’s additional collective objectives 10

Your boarding pass:

- Master’s Degree

- Demonstrated pedagogical skills

- Thorough understanding of the Aerospace industry

- Successful operational experience of at least 5 years for an aerospace part manufacturer in problem solving related positions using 9S/8D methodology

- Knowledge on Kepner Tregoe approach

- PMP certification

- At ease with Digital tools

- Customer mindset

- Curious in testing and experimenting new things

- Autonomous and results focused

- Fluent in English & French

A plus would be:

- Master or Bachelor degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Aerospace/Airline/Aircraft Engineering

- Experience in an international aerospace company in technical, operational or commercial/business roles

- Understanding of the Airlines Business

- Experience in Lean / Operating Systems

- Experience of Shainin /Red X

- Additional professional certifications such as Lean Six Sigma

- Creativity and innovation skills

- Use of serious games in training

- Background as a trainer or facilitator

- Fluency in other languages
