Une offre d’apprentissage intitulée Apprenti(e) en  Optimisation des Méthodes et Outils Digitaux (f/h) vient de s&39;ouvrir au sein de Airbus SAS sur son site de Toulouse, Blagnac. 
 

Vous rejoindrez une équipe de 30 personnes au sein du département Digital Workplace en charge de fournir les services innovants de collaboration au sein du groupe Airbus, du poste de travail jusqu’aux outils de type Google Workplace en passant par la téléphonie mobile et autres services.

Cet apprentissage consistera à: travailler avec le responsable qualité de l’équipe Digital Workplace sur la description des processus des services et leur amélioration continue, afin de garantir la conformité de notre département aux exigences d’Airbus. 

Cet apprentissage débutera en septembre / octobre 2023 pour une durée de 2 ou 3 ans. 

Tâches et responsabilités: 

Encadré par votre tuteur, vous développerez vos compétences en travaillant sur les activités suivantes : 

• Comprendre le besoin opérationnel des équipes

• Rédiger les procédures opérationnelles en fonction de la priorisation des besoins

• Être force de proposition sur l’harmonisation et amélioration des procédures entre équipes

• Proposer et animer des ateliers d’amélioration continue

Compétences & Prérequis : 

Vous allez intégrer une formation de niveau BAC &43;5 dans le domaine de la qualité et/ou de l’IT pour un apprentissage d’une durée de 2 ou 3 ans. 

Vous avez les connaissances et compétences suivantes : 

• Assurance Qualité

• Esprit de synthèse

• Communication 

• ITIL 

• SIPOC

Compétences linguistiques : 

Anglais : négociation 

Français : courant

Notre processus de sélection 

L’ensemble des candidatures sont étudiées par un recruteur. 

Si votre candidature est validée par le recruteur vous serez invité à réaliser un entretien vidéo différé. Il sera visionné puis partagé au manager du poste si votre candidature est présélectionnée en Short List. Le manager/ tuteur organisera des entretiens/ échanges avec les candidats short listés retenus avant de sélectionner le candidat final pour cette alternance.

An apprenticeship offer entitled “Digital Workplace Quality Apprentice (f/m)” has just opened within Airbus SAS on its Toulouse, Blagnac site.
 

You will join a team of 30 people within the “Digital Workplace” department responsible for providing innovative collaboration services within the Airbus group, from the workstation to Google Workplace-type tools, including mobile telephony and other services.
 

This learning will consist of: working with the quality manager of the Digital Workplace team on the description of service processes and their continuous improvement, in order to guarantee the compliance of our department with Airbus requirements.

This apprenticeship will start in September / October 2023 and will last 2 or 3 year(s). 
 

Tasks and responsibilities: 

You will be under the responsibility of a manager who will help you to identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills. 

You will contribute to the following main activities: 

-Understand the operational needs of the teams

-Write operational procedures based on prioritization of needs

-Be a force for proposals on the harmonization and improvement of procedures between teams
-Propose and lead continuous improvement workshops

Skills & Prerequisites: 

You have the following knowledge and skills: 

• Quality Assurance

• Synthesis mindset

• Communication skills

• ITIL 

• SIPOC

- Language skills: 

English: negotiation 

French: fluent
