Une offre d’apprentissage intitulée Apprenti(e) en Amélioration Continue - Gestion de l’Environnement de Travail (f/h) vient de s&39;ouvrir au sein de Airbus Commercial sur son site de Toulouse / Saint-Martin du Touch.
Vous rejoindrez une équipe de 8 personnes au sein du département &34;Integration Services and Strategy&34; for the &34;Flight and Integration Test&34; en charge de la gestion de l’environnement de travail (Working Place) sur les aspects Surfaces, Santé/Sécurité et IT. Un des enjeux clefs de l’équipe est de mettre à disposition des programmes existants et futurs d’Airbus des espaces permettant le développement de bancs d’essai.
Cet apprentissage consistera à aider l&39;équipe en charge de l’industrialisation de gestion des surfaces et de l’environnement de travail et à identifier des opportunités d’améliorations continues, développer les solutions associées et les déployer y compris sur la modélisation d’espace.
Cet apprentissage débutera en septembre/octobre 2024 pour une durée de 1 an.
Tâches et responsabilités:
Encadré par votre tuteur, vous développerez vos compétences en travaillant sur les activités suivantes :
Gestion des surfaces industrielles et tertiaires
Investigation sur Outils digitaux de modélisation d’espaces
Gestion de projets relatifs à la mise à disposition de surfaces équipées
Gestion de parties prenantes et communication associée
Analyse de l’activité pour identifier des opportunités d’améliorations
Analyse comparative des bonnes pratiques en gestion des surfaces
Compétences & Prérequis :
Vous allez intégrer une formation de niveau BAC &43;4/5 dans le domaine de l&39;ingénierie, la logistique, la gestion de projet avec un focus digital ou un cursus généraliste équivalent pour un apprentissage d’une durée de 1 an.

An apprenticeship offer entitled &34;Continuous Improvement for Working Place management (m/f)&34; has just opened within Airbus Commercial on Toulouse / Saint-Martin du Touch site.
You will join the &34;Integration Strategy & Services&34; team within the Flight and Integration Test Center in charge of the 1V Working Place perimeter covering Surfaces (tertiary & industrial), Health & Safety and IT. One of the key challenge of the team is to secure the availability of area enable the development of test benches for the Airbus existing and future Programmes.
Your internship will consist in supporting the team in charge of the working place and the industrialisation of the management of the surfaces by identifying continuous improvement opportunities, developing associated solutions and their deployment including the space modelisation of the industrial building.
This apprenticeship will start in September / October 2024 and will last 1 year.
Tasks and responsibilities:
You will be under the responsibility of a manager who will help you to identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills.
You will contribute to the following main activities:
Management of industrial and tertiary surfaces for 1V building
Investigation of digital tools for space modelisation
Management of projects dealing with the set up of industrial and tertiary surface
Stakeholders management and associated communication
Continuous improvement analysis
Benchmark existing best practices in and outside Airbus.
Skills & Prerequisites:
You will integrate a BAC&43; 4/5 level training in the field of Engineering, Logistics, Project Management or Business School with Digital cursus (or equivalent) or equivalent for an apprenticeship of 1 year.
