Une offre d’apprentissage intitulée Apprenti(e) en Contrats de Services (f/h) vient de s&39;ouvrir au sein de la Division Airbus Avions Commerciaux sur son site de Blagnac. 

Vous rejoindrez une équipe de 20 personnes au sein du département Services Contracts Policies & Negotiation en charge de la rédaction et du support à la négociation des contrats de vente de services avec les compagnies aériennes et les autres clients d’Airbus.

Cet apprentissage débutera en septembre / octobre 2024 pour une durée de 1 an. 

Tâches et responsabilités: 

Encadré par votre tuteur, vous développerez vos compétences en travaillant sur les activités suivantes :

• Préparer les sessions de formation sur les contrats pour les clients internes (vendeurs etc.)

• Revue de contrats, rédaction de clauses

• Assister les Services Contracts Directors dans leurs activités quotidiennes

Compétences & Prérequis : 

Vous allez intégrer une formation de niveau Bac &43;5 en droit des affaires / droit de la propriété intellectuelle, pour un apprentissage d’une durée de 1 an. 

Vous avez les connaissances et compétences suivantes : 

• Droit des affaires

• Droit de la propriété intellectuelle

• Goût pour le travail en équipe et capacité à s’adapter à tous types d’interlocuteurs

•  Forte motivation pour apprendre, écouter et contribuer

Compétences linguistiques : 

Anglais : négociation

Français : intermédiaire

Vous pourrez, selon les offres proposées, être amené(e) à vous déplacer. 

Notre processus de sélection :

L’ensemble des candidatures sont étudiées par un recruteur. 

Si votre candidature est validée par le recruteur vous serez invité à réaliser un entretien vidéo différé. Il sera visionné puis partagé au manager du poste si votre candidature est présélectionnée en Short List. Le manager/ tuteur organisera des entretiens/ échanges avec les candidats short listés retenus avant de sélectionner le candidat final pour cette alternance.

You will be under the responsibility of a manager who will help you to identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills. 

You will contribute to the following main activities: 

• Preparation of awareness sessions on contracts for non-experts

• Review of contracts, drafting of clauses

• Support to the Services Contracts Directors activities

Skills and Prerequisites

You will integrate a BAC &43;5 level training in the field of business law or equivalent for an apprenticeship of 1 year.

You have the following knowledge and skills: 

• Business law

• Intellectual property law

• Appetite for teamwork and ability to adapt to various audiences

• Strong motivation to learn, listen and contribute

- Language skills: 

• English: negotiation  

• French : intermediate

Our selection process 

All applications are reviewed by a recruiter. 

If your application is retained by the recruiter during this first review, you will be invited to conduct a deferred video interview. This will be viewed and then shared with the manager if your application is shortlisted. 

The manager will organize interviews with the shortlisted candidates before selecting the final candidate for the apprenticeship.
