Une offre d’apprentissage intitulée Apprenti(e) en Digitalisation de l’Offre et Customisation sur le programme Widebody (f/h) vient de s&39;ouvrir au sein d’Airbus sur son site de Toulouse Blagnac.

Vous rejoindrez le département  A330/A350 Product Offering  en charge de définir les options que les clients (compagnies aériennes) choisissent pour leurs avions A330/A350.

Cet apprentissage consistera à consolider et développer un portefeuille de

projets basés sur l’analyses de données telles que les sélections d’options par les compagnies aériennes pour l’ensemble du périmètre cabine avion, permettant à la communauté Airbus Offre, Customisation et Définition de mieux appréhender les tendances du marché et calibrer la stratégie d’évolution du catalogue d’options.

De plus, le postulant aura la possibilité d’analyser, automatiser et digitaliser des processus “business” existants, dans le but d’harmoniser et simplifier les activités de la communauté Airbus Offre, Customisation et Définition. 

Ces analyses nécessitent l&39;agrégation d’une part, de données sources en lien avec de multiples domaines (customisation avion, gestion de configuration, planning industriel, bureau d’études structure et systèmes, marketing), et d’autre part des données relatives au “business”.

Ces données proviennent de différents environnements IT (via une exposition vers des data lakes, ou bases de données business), qui doivent être intégrées, consolidées afin de garantir leur qualité et maturité. La visualisation sera intégrée à des environnements tels que Skywise, QlikSense, Spotfire, avec pour objectif d’améliorer la compréhension des indicateurs de risque et d’optimiser la réactivité dans la prise de décision.

Cet apprentissage débutera en septembre / octobre 2024 pour une durée de 2 ou 3 ans. 

Ce poste nécessite une habilitation de sécurité ou nécessite d&39;être éligible à une habilitation par les autorités reconnues. 

Tâches et responsabilités: 

Encadré par votre tuteur, vous développerez vos compétences en travaillant sur les activités suivantes :

● Architecture des données de l’offre, customisation et définition avion

● Développement des taux de sélection pour les options de customisation cabine,  

● Définition, avec les départements Marketing Airbus, des courbes de tendance (évolution de la sélection des options au cours des années), permettant aux Product Offer Managers de mieux appréhender les attentes du marché

● Recueil des besoins auprès de diverses interlocuteurs/départements, ce qui permettra de mieux appréhender l’organisation interne de l’entreprise

● Analyse, digitalisation et automatisation de processus Business dans le but d’harmoniser et simplifier les activités de la communauté Airbus Offre, Customisation et Définition. 

Compétences & Prérequis : 

Vous allez intégrer une formation de niveau BAC &43;3/4 dans le domaine de l’aéronautique, école de commerce ou de l&39;informatique / data science pour un apprentissage d’une durée de  2 ou 3 ans. 

Vous avez les connaissances et compétences suivantes : 

● Vif intérêt pour la digitalisation, l’intégration des outils/applications et les architectures de données, dans le but de répondre à la demande croissante par le business de solutions/visualisations digitales 

● Compétences en Programmation (sql, python, javascript, xml, etc…) et manipulation de données 

● Curiosité, créativité, fiabilité, capacité d’adaptation et de collaboration en environnement multiculturel

● Autonomie, proactivité, force de proposition

● Compétences linguistiques : 

Anglais : intermédiaire

Français : avancé

Vous pourrez, selon les offres proposées, être amené(e) à vous déplacer.

An apprenticeship offer entitled &34;Apprentice in Offer Digitalization and Customization on the Widebody Program (F/M)&34;&34; has just opened within Airbus on its site Toulouse Blagnac. 

You will join the Programme Widebody Product Offer department in charge of defining the options that customers (airlines) will be able to purchase for their A330 or A350 aircraft. The department is therefore responsible for anticipating customer needs and market developments for the entire cabin scope (e. g. seats, in-flight entertainment, internet access, toilets, kitchen and cargo)

 and for systems (e. g. Heads Up Display). 

You will be part of a team in an international environment.

This apprenticeship will consist of consolidating and developing a portfolio of analysis projects in regards to the various cabin option selection done by the airlines, used by the Airbus offer, customisation and aircraft definition community to capture the market trends and refine the Airbus catalog strategy.

In addition to the aforementioned mission, the jobholder will be given the chance to understand and automate recurring business driven activities to streamline the daily business of the various managers within the product offer, customisation and aircraft definition community. 

These analyses require the aggregation of basic/raw data related to aircraft customization, design convergence, aircraft configuration management, industrial planning, together with business driven data. 

The data sources are located in different IT environments (data exposure towards data lakes and/or business databases), which require to be integrated regardless of the underlying technology, ensuring the freshness of used data at any time. The resulting cockpit shall be easy to access/understand/navigate with adapted User eXperience and Interface (UX/UI).  

The data visualization, to be integrated in toolsets like Skywise, QlikSense, Spotfire, ... shall be simple to understand to foster the responsiveness and the appropriate mitigation in case a risk of deviation is detected. 

This apprenticeship will start in September / October 2024 and will last 2 or 3 year(s).

This position requires security clearance or requires being eligible for clearance by recognized authorities. 

Tasks and responsibilities: 

You will be under the responsibility of a manager who will help you to identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills. 

You will contribute to the following main activities: 

- Airbus Offer and Customization data architecture: understanding the various sources of data (datalakes, tool landscape, business driven data) 

- develop the selection rates reporting covering the various options associated to offer commodities of the entire cabin scope

- define, together with the Airbus Marketing department, the trend curves (evolution along the years) of these options, helping the Product Offer Managers to understand the market and predict its future evolution 

- collect the business needs and requirements from various stakeholders/departments

- automate/simplify current business data processing projects

Skills & Prerequisites: 

You will integrate a BAC&43; 3/4 level training in the field of Aeronautics, Business school, Computer/data Science or equivalent for an apprenticeship of 2 or 3 years. 

You have the following knowledge and skills: 

- Digital native: understanding tools scope, data landscape and architecture, in order to produce digital solutions answering the growing business digitalization challenges

- Programming (sql, python, javascript, xml, …) and data handling appetency

- Curiosity, tenacity, creativity, flexibility, engagement, reliability, respect

- Autonomy, pro-activity, willingness to learn and grow, ability to adapt and collaborate in multicultural and international environments 

- Language skills: 

English: intermediate

French: advanced

Our selection process
