Une offre d’apprentissage intitulée Apprenti(e) en Ingénierie Robotique et Performance Opérationnelle (f/h) vient de s&39;ouvrir au sein Airbus sur son site de Toulouse Saint-Martin.

Vous rejoindrez une équipe de 170 personnes au sein du département Robotic and Automation en charge de développer et intégrer des robots sur les lignes de production d’Airbus.

Cet apprentissage consistera à mettre en place et optimiser l’analyse de la fiabilité et des performances des robots en combinant les moyens digitaux d’Airbus et les différents contrôleurs de nos robots.

Cet apprentissage débutera en septembre / octobre 2024 pour une durée de 2 ou 3 ans.

Tâches et responsabilités :

Encadré par votre tuteur, vous développerez vos compétences en travaillant sur les activités suivantes :

• Contribuer à la création d’un “Robotics Watchtower” qui comprend la consolidation des performances des machines, la maintenance, les demandes des clients et la livraison des pièces détachées.

•  Effectuer une analyse des causes racines des pannes et/ou des stop robot

• Détecter les écarts de performance des robots et lancer des actions auprès de l&39;équipe interne, supporter la coordination des actions de déploiement liées à la fiabilité des robots et surveiller et proposer un processus d&39;amélioration des performances des fournisseurs et des machines en production

• Garantir que les performances et la fiabilité de la flotte de robots sont conformes au contrat

• Communiquer avec les services industriels internes, centraux et de l&39;usine à l&39;échelle internationale et assurer la consolidation et l&39;alignement des performances de la flotte de robots.

Compétences & Prérequis :

Vous allez intégrer une formation de niveau BAC &43;5 dans le domaine de l&39;ingénierie industrielle ou robotique pour un apprentissage d’une durée de 2 ou 3 ans.

Vous avez les connaissances et compétences suivantes :

• Compétence de base en robotique industrielle, programmation CNC Fanuc/Siemens 

• Competence de base en programmation PLC

• Niveau de base en CATIA V5

• Curiosité par rapport à la technologie robotique 

• Travail en équipe

Compétences linguistiques :

• Anglais : négociation

• Français : basique

You will join a team of 170 people in the Robotic and Automation department, responsible for developing and integrating robots on Airbus production lines.

This apprenticeship will involve setting up and optimizing the analysis of robot reliability and performance by combining Airbus&39; digital resources and the various controllers on our robots. 

This apprenticeship will start in September / October 2024 for a duration of 2 or 3 years.

Tasks and responsibilities:

Supervised by your tutor, you will develop your skills by working on the following activities:

• Contribute to the creation of a &34;Robotics Watchtower&34; which includes consolidation of machine performance, maintenance, customer requests and spare parts delivery.

• Perform root cause analysis of breakdowns and/or robot stops.

• Detect deviations in robot performance and initiate actions with the internal team, support the coordination of deployment actions related to robot reliability, and monitor and propose a performance improvement process for suppliers and machines in production.

• Guarantee that the performance and reliability of the robot fleet is in line with the contract.

• Communicate with internal, central and international plant industrial departments and ensure consolidation and alignment of robot fleet performance.

Skills & Prerequisites:

You will be joining an industrial or robotics engineering program at BAC &43;5 level for an apprenticeship lasting 2 or 3 years.

You have the following knowledge and skills:

• Basic skills in industrial robotics, Fanuc/Siemens CNC programming 

• Basic PLC programming skills

• Basic level in CATIA V5

• Curiosity about robotics technology 

• Teamwork skills

Language skills :

English: negotiation

French: basic

Depending on the position, you may be required to travel.
