Une offre d’apprentissage intitulée Apprenti(e) en Stratégie et Développement Commercial (h/f) vient de s&39;ouvrir au sein de NAVBLUE SAS sur son site de Blagnac. 

Vous rejoindrez le département   Strategy, Partnerships and Business Development department  de NAVBLUE.

Cet apprentissage consistera à: Soutenir la mise en place d&39;activités clés liées à la stratégie de NAVBLUE, au développement commercial et au partenariat, traitant des sujets stratégiques clés (durabilité, services, numérique, ...) dans un environnement passionnant et dynamique.

Cet apprentissage débutera en septembre / octobre 2024 pour une durée de 2 ou 3 an (s).

Tâches et responsabilités:

Encadré(e) par votre tuteur, vous développerez vos compétences en travaillant sur les activités suivantes : 

• Soutien au plan stratégique annuel (définition et exécution) et au cycle stratégique.

• Soutien à l&39;analyse du développement stratégique et commercial dans divers domaines, dont certains se rapportent à la durabilité et au numérique (activités principales de NAVBLUE).

• Soutien à la mise en place d&39;une activité d&39;intelligence économique et de veille géopolitique, bénéficiant de liens forts avec Airbus.

• Soutien à l&39;établissement du programme d&39;intrapreneuriat d&39;entreprise de NAVBLUE et à l&39;activité d&39;innovation.

• Soutien à la mise en place de communications stratégiques chez NAVBLUE

Compétences & Prérequis :

Vous allez intégrer une formation de niveau BAC &43;5 dans le domaine des affaires, des relations internationales, du journalisme ou équivalent  pour un apprentissage d’une durée de 2 ou 3 ans. 

Vous avez les connaissances et compétences suivantes : 

• Stratégie, Innovation, Fondamentaux business

• Sens des affaires et intérêt pour la géopolitique et les mégatendances

• Développement commercial

• Excellentes compétences en communication (écrite et verbale)

• Compétences en gestion des parties prenantes et capacité à motiver les gens à travailler ensemble

• Une attitude proactive, et désir d&39;apprendre et dépasser sa zone de confort

• Compétences analytiques et vision globale

• Compétences linguistiques :

Anglais  :  courant 

Français : non obligatoire, mais un plus si courant

L’ensemble des candidatures sont étudiées par un recruteur. 

Si votre candidature est validée par le recruteur vous serez invité à réaliser un entretien vidéo différé. Il sera visionné puis partagé au manager du poste si votre candidature est présélectionnée en Short List. 

Le manager/ tuteur organisera des entretiens/ échanges avec les candidats short listés retenus avant de sélectionner le candidat final pour cette alternance.

An apprenticeship offer entitled &34;Apprentice in Strategy and Business Development Analyst (M/F)&34; has just opened within NAVBLUE SAS on the Blagnac site.

You will join the Strategy, Partnerships and Business Development department of NAVBLUE.

This apprenticeship will consist in: supporting the set-up of key activities linked to NAVBLUE’s strategy, business development and partnership, dealing with key strategic topics (sustainability, services, digital,...) in an exciting and fast-paced environment.

This apprenticeship will start in September / October 2024 and will last 1,  2  or 3 year(s).

This position requires security clearance or requires being eligible for clearance by recognized authorities.

Tasks and responsibilities:

You will be under the responsibility of a manager who will help you to identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills.

You will contribute to the following main activities:

• Support to the yearly strategic plan (definition and execution) and strategy cycle 

• Support strategic and business development analysis in various fields, some of which relate to Sustainability and digital (core activities of NAVBLUE) 

• Support to strategic projects, supporting the execution of NAVBLUE’s strategy 

• Support the set-up of a business intelligence activity and geopolitical watch, benefiting from strong links with Airbus  

• Support to set-up NAVBLUE’s Corporate intrapreneurship programme and innovation activity

• Support the set-up of strategic communications at NAVBLUE 

Skills & Prerequisites:

You will integrate a BAC&43; 5 level training in the field of Business / International Relations / Journalism or equivalent for an apprenticeship of 2 or 3 years. 

You have the following knowledge and skills: 

- Strategy, Innovation, Business foundations 

- Business acumen and interest in geopolitics and megatrends 

- Business development 

- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) 

- Stakeholder management skills and ability to motivate people to work together

- A can-do attitude, pushing the boundaries and willing to learn 

- Analytical skills and big picture thinking 

- Language skills:

English: fluent

French: not compulsory, but a plus if fluent

Our selection process

All applications are reviewed by a recruiter. 

If your application is retained by the recruiter during this first review, you will be invited to conduct a deferred video interview. This will be viewed and then shared with the manager if your application is shortlisted. 

The manager will organize interviews with the shortlisted candidates before selecting the final candidate for the apprenticeship.
