Une offre d’apprentissage intitulée Apprenti(e) en communication et conduite du changement (f/h) vient de s&39;ouvrir pour la division Commercial Aircraft sur son site de Blagnac - Wing Campus - Toulouse.

Vous rejoindrez une équipe de 15 personnes au sein du département Technical Data assembly and products dispatch en charge de produire et livrer la documentation de maintenance avions aux opérateurs.

Le département a lancé en 2021 un grand projet visant à déployer auprès de ses clients une nouvelle solution innovante et disruptive à l’horizon 2026.

Cet apprentissage consistera à supporter la communication et la conduite du changement de cette solution auprès de toutes les compagnies aériennes et utilisateurs internes Airbus.

Cet apprentissage débutera en Septembre / Octobre 2024 pour une durée de 2 à 3 ans.

Ce poste nécessite une habilitation de sécurité ou nécessite d&39;être éligible à une habilitation par les autorités reconnues.

Tâches et responsabilités:

Encadré par votre tuteur, vous développerez vos compétences en travaillant sur les activités suivantes : 

• Activement contribuer aux actions de communication et de changement auprès des opérateurs et propriétaires d’avions telles que définies dans le plan de communication du projet,

• Comprendre les besoins des utilisateurs finaux concernés par le changement,

• Identifier les résistances et incertitudes liées au changement,

• Etre force de proposition pour mettre en place de nouvelles actions de conduite du changement afin d’accompagner au mieux les clients et équipes Airbus impactées,

• Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des programmes de formation / accompagnement,

• Participer à l&39;évaluation de l&39;impact du changement et assurer un suivi régulier,

Compétences & Prérequis :

Vous allez intégrer une formation de niveau BAC &43;4/5 dans le domaine de la communication et de la conduite du changement ou équivalent pour un apprentissage d’une durée de 2 à 3 ans. 

Vous avez les connaissances et compétences suivantes : 

• Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale,

• Sens du relationnel et du dialogue,

• Force de conviction et capacité à influencer,

• Maîtrise de l’univers des média de communication,

• Capacité à travailler en équipe et à collaborer avec différents départements,

• Autonomie.

Compétences linguistiques : 

• Anglais : avancé

• Français : avancé

Vous pourrez, selon les offres proposées, être amené(e) à vous déplacer.

An apprenticeship offer entitled Apprentice in Communication and Change Management (f/m) has just opened within Commercial Aircraft division at its Blagnac - Wing Campus - Toulouse site.

You will join a team of 15 people within the  Technical Data assembly and products dispatch department responsible for producing and delivering aircraft maintenance documentation to operators.

In 2021, the department launched a major project aimed at deploying a new innovative and disruptive solution to its customers by 2026.

This apprenticeship will involve supporting the communication and change management of this solution to all airlines and internal Airbus users.

This apprenticeship will start in September / October 2024 for a duration of 2 to 3 years.

This position requires a security clearance or eligibility for clearance by recognized authorities.

Tasks and responsibilities:

You will be under the responsibility of a manager who will help you to identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills.
You will contribute to the following main activities: 

• Actively contribute to communication and change actions with operators and aircraft owners as defined in the project&39;s communication plan,

• Understand the needs of end-users affected by the change,

• Identify resistance and uncertainties related to change,

• Propose new change management actions to best support impacted customers and Airbus teams,

• Design and implement training/support programs,

• Participate in assessing the impact of change and ensure regular follow-up.

Skills & Prerequisites:

You will integrate a BAC &43;4/5 level training program in the field of communication and change management or equivalent for an apprenticeship lasting 2 to 3 years.

You have the following knowledge and skills:

• Excellent written and oral communication skills,

• Interpersonal and dialogue skills,

• Conviction and influencing skills,

• Mastery of communication media,

• Ability to work in a team and collaborate with different departments,

• Autonomy.

Language Skills:

• English: advanced level

• French: advanced level

Depending on the offered positions, you may be required to travel.
