Une offre d’apprentissage intitulée Apprenti(e) en gestion de projet et de programme (f/h) vient de s&39;ouvrir pour la division Commercial Aircraft sur son site de Blagnac - Wing Campus - Toulouse.

Vous rejoindrez une équipe de 100 personnes au sein du département Centre de Compétences en Gestion de Projets et Programmes en charge de fixer les standards en termes de Processus, Méthodes, Outils, Données / Intelligence Artificielle et Compétences en Gestion de Projets et Programmes.

Cet apprentissage consistera à accompagner le Responsable du Centre de Compétences sur différents projets.

Cet apprentissage débutera en Septembre / Octobre 2024 pour une durée de 2 à 3 ans. 

Tâches et responsabilités:

Encadré par votre tuteur, vous développerez vos compétences en travaillant sur les activités suivantes:

Diriger et/ou soutenir un ensemble de projets visant à améliorer la gouvernance, la visibilité et les performances du Centre de compétences en gestion de projets et de programmes :

• Préparation et consolidation des dossiers techniques et de communication pour soutenir les réunions hebdomadaires d&39;équipe, les revues mensuelles de direction,

• Définition et suivi des objectifs collectifs annuels, établissement des objectifs annuels en matière d&39;éthique et de conformité, et mise en place des ateliers associés.

Piloter l&39;avancée des groupes de travail transversaux BXM :

• Bien-être au travail,

• Réduction de nos impacts environnementaux.

Identification, mise en place et/ou suivi de projets d&39;amélioration dédiés :

• Renforcement et simplification de la gouvernance,

• Amélioration de l&39;environnement de travail,

• Animation de la Fresque du Climat pour les différentes équipes,

• Soutien au projet &34;Route to 5 stars&34; (projet de satisfaction client),

• Soutien au projet de transformation &34;Préparer les Futurs Programmes et Services&34;, visant à anticiper l&39;organisation, les compétences et le positionnement dans la chaîne de valeur des programmes futurs.

Préparation des séances de travail.

Élaboration du plan de Communication et de Changement.

Compétences & Prérequis :

Vous allez intégrer une formation de niveau BAC &43;5 dans le domaine de la Gestion de projet pour un apprentissage d’une durée de 2 ou 3 ans. 

Vous avez les connaissances et compétences suivantes : 

• Connaissance et expérience professionnelle en gestion de programme.

• Capacité à comprendre des situations rapides et complexes.

• Capacité à travailler de manière collaborative tout en étant autonome dans la conduite des projets/initiatives.

• Capacité d&39;écoute active et sens de l&39;interaction avec les autres.

• Proactif et fiable, avec une approche de leadership et une compréhension de l&39;intelligence collective.

• Bonne communication (capacité à expliquer la situation dans son ensemble, à donner un but et à donner du sens), capacité d&39;animation et compétences en négociation requises.

• Bonne capacité à travailler dans des équipes internationales et dans un environnement en évolution rapide.

• Style de travail flexible, pragmatique et analytique nécessaire.

• Capacité à montrer l&39;exemple en faisant la promotion, en expliquant, etc.

Compétences linguistiques : 

Anglais : Fluent,

Français : Intermédiaire.

An apprenticeship offer entitled Apprentice in Project and Program Management (f/m) has just opened within Commercial Aircraft division at its Blagnac - Wing Campus - Toulouse site.

You will join a team of 100 people within the Project and Program Management Competence Center department, responsible for setting standards in terms of Processes, Methods, Tools, Data / Artificial Intelligence, and Project and Program Management Competences.

This apprenticeship will involve assisting the Competence Center Manager in various projects.

This apprenticeship will start in September / October 2024 for a duration of 2 to 3 years.

Tasks and responsibilities:

You will be under the responsibility of a manager who will help you to identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills.
You will contribute to the following main activities: 

Leading and/or supporting a set of projects aimed at improving the governance, visibility, and performance of the Project and Program Management Competence Center:

• Preparation and consolidation of technical and communication files to support weekly team meetings, monthly management reviews,

• Defining and monitoring annual collective objectives, setting annual ethics and compliance objectives, and implementing associated workshops.

Steering the progress of cross-functional BXM working groups:

• Workplace well-being,

• Reduction of our environmental impacts.

Identification, implementation, and/or monitoring of dedicated improvement projects:

• Strengthening and streamlining governance,

• Improving the work environment,

• Facilitating the Climate Fresco for different teams,

• Supporting the &34;Route to 5 stars&34; project (customer satisfaction project),

• Supporting the &34;Prepare Future Programs and Services&34; project, aimed at anticipating the organization, skills, and positioning in the value chain of future programs.

Preparation of work sessions.

Development of the Communication and Change plan.

Skills & Prerequisites:

You will integrate a BAC &43;5 level training program in the field of  in Project Management or equivalent for an apprenticeship lasting 2 to 3 years.

You have the following knowledge and skills:

• Knowledge and professional experience in program management,

• Ability to understand rapid and complex situations,

• Ability to work collaboratively while being autonomous in project/initiative management,

• Active listening skills and the ability to interact with others,

• Proactive and reliable, with a leadership approach and an understanding of collective intelligence,

• Good communication (ability to explain the situation as a whole, to give purpose and meaning), animation skills, and negotiation skills required,

• Good ability to work in international teams and in a rapidly evolving environment,

• Flexible, pragmatic, and analytical working style required,

• Ability to lead by example in promoting and explaining, etc.

Language Skills:

• English: Fluent,

• French: Intermediate.

Depending on the offered positions, you may be required to travel.
