Une offre d’apprentissage intitulée Apprenti(e) en l&39;Optimisation des Processus IT (f/h) vient de s&39;ouvrir au sein d&39; Airbus Avions Commerciaux.

Vous rejoindrez une équipe de 7 personnes en charge du Support Utilisateur pour les produits du scope Digital Workplace (DW).

Dans le cadre de l&39;amélioration constante du support de proximité sur site apporté aux utilisateurs, la prise en compte de l’utilisateur final sur la perception des services DW est primordiale. Cette alternance aura une durée de 2 ou 3 ans.

Tâches et responsabilités:

Encadré par votre tuteur, vous développerez vos compétences en travaillant sur les activités suivantes : 

• Capturer une vision utilisateur sur les services Digital Workplace  

• Contribution à l’analyse des processus et services sur le cycle de vie complet autour des Ordinateurs et Smartphones (approvisionment,renouvellement/obsolescence, recyclage)

• Capturer les processus existants dans les différents pays et rédiger des processus homogénéisés

• Mesurer l’efficacité des processus et l’adoption des utilisateurs finaux.  

• Animer les réunions avec les parties prenantes

Compétences & Prérequis:

Vous possédez les compétences suivantes:

- Sens du Management (sensibilité au Quality Management)

- Cartographie des processus actuels

​- Écoute active des interlocuteurs
- Pouvoir d&39;analyse des situations découvertes
- Travailler en équipe avec les data designers et analystes
- Implémenter quelques initiatives opérationnelles

Compétences linguistiques:
Anglais: négociation
Francais: natif

An apprenticeship offer entitled “IT Process Optimization Apprentice (f/m)” has just opened within Airbus Commercial Aircraft. You will join a team of 7 people within the “DWUP Proximity Support” department in charge of User Support for products in the Digital Workplace (DW) scope. As part of the constant improvement of local on-site support provided to users, taking into account the end user&39;s perception of DW services is essential. This apprenticeship is open for 3 years.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

Supervised by your tutor, you will develop your skills by working on the following activities: Capture user insight into DW services Contribution to the analysis of processes and services over the complete life cycle around Computers and Smartphones (supply, provision, new arrivals/departures, new projects, renewal/obsolescence, recycling) Capture existing processes in different countries and write standardized processes. Apply efficiency methods and delay reductions in our processes Measure process efficiency and end-user adoption. Facilitate meetings with stakeholders

Skills & Prerequisites:

You have the following skills:
-Current process mapping- ​
-Active listening to the interlocutors
-Power of analysis of discovered situations
-Power of persuasion in order to manage change management (By communication and workshop)
-Work in a team with data designers and analysts
-Propose an improvement plan taking into account data to compare ASIS and TOBE
-Implement some operational initiatives
 

Language skills: Fluent English French: native
