Une offre d’apprentissage intitulée  Apprenti(e) en transformation digitale (h/f/)  vient de s&39;ouvrir au sein de NAVBLUE SAS sur son site de Blagnac. 

Vous rejoindrez une équipe de 7 personnes au sein du département   Commercial Operations   en charge de la performance des activités commerciales et de ses processus.

Cet apprentissage consistera à accompagner NAVBLUE dans son projet de digitalisation à travers certaines missions clés incluant un audit qui mettra en avant les opportunités offertes par la transformation numérique tout en gérant les risques associés et contribuer au dimensionnement du projet pour proposer des solutions digitales alignées sur les objectifs de l’entreprise.

Cet apprentissage débutera en septembre / octobre 2024 pour une durée de 1 à 2 an (s).

Tâches et responsabilités:

Encadré(e) par votre tuteur, vous développerez vos compétences en travaillant sur les activités suivantes : 

• Réaliser un audit digital afin de garantir que NAVBLUE tire pleinement parti des opportunités offertes par la digitalisation de ses processus tout en gérant les risques associés : conduire des réunions de découverte approfondies, visant à comprendre, capturer et identifier les exigences et les objectifs opérationnels de NAVBLUE, accompagnées de recommandations sur l&39;automatisation, produire un rapport d’audit mettant en avant les défis actuels, les exigences futures et les gains potentiels.

• Identifier les domaines d&39;amélioration des processus commerciaux de NAVBLUE, en proposant des solutions.

• Dimensionner et contribuer à l’élaboration du projet pour proposer des solutions alignées aux objectifs de NAVBLUE

• Contribuer à l’amélioration de la performance du Commercial Office grâce au pilotage du projet de standardisation, automatisation et digitalisation des processus.

Compétences & Prérequis :

Vous allez intégrer une formation de niveau BAC &43;4/5 dans le domaine de la transformation digitale  pour un apprentissage d’une durée de 1 ou 2 ans. 

Vous avez les connaissances et compétences suivantes : 

• Bases en Commercial / Finance

• Gestion de projet

• Capacités d’analyse et de synthèse

• Digitalisation de processus

• Une capacité d&39;écoute et de restitution des éléments qui vous sont communiqués

• La rigueur et fiabilité dans la réalisation des travaux qui vous sont demandés

• Votre capacité à prendre des initiatives et l&39;envie de gagner en autonomie sur des sujets

• Une appétence particulière pour les nouvelles technologies et le digital

• Compétences linguistiques :

Anglais  :  avancé 

Français : courant

L’ensemble des candidatures sont étudiées par un recruteur. 

Si votre candidature est validée par le recruteur vous serez invité à réaliser un entretien vidéo différé. Il sera visionné puis partagé au manager du poste si votre candidature est présélectionnée en Short List.

You will join a team of 7 people within the “Commercial Operations” department in charge of the performance of commercial activities and its processes.

This learning will consist of supporting NAVBLUE in its digitalization project through certain key missions including an audit which will highlight the opportunities offered by digital transformation while managing the associated risks and contributing to the sizing of the project to offer digital solutions aligned with the company objectives.

This apprenticeship will begin in September/October 2024 for a duration of 1 to 2 year(s).

Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervised by your tutor, you will develop your skills by working on the following activities:

• Carry out a digital audit to ensure that NAVBLUE takes full advantage of the opportunities offered by the digitalization of its processes while managing the associated risks: conduct in-depth discovery meetings, aimed at understanding, capturing and identifying NAVBLUE&39;s operational requirements and objectives , accompanied by recommendations on automation, produce an audit report highlighting current challenges, future requirements and potential gains.

• Identify areas for improvement in NAVBLUE&39;s business processes, proposing solutions.

• Sizing and contributing to the development of the project to propose solutions aligned with NAVBLUE objectives

• Contribute to improving the performance of the Commercial Office through the management of the process standardization, automation and digitalization project.

Skills & Prerequisites:
You will join BAC &43;4/5 level training in the field of digital transformation for an apprenticeship lasting 1 or 2 years.

You have the following knowledge and skills:

• Basics in Commercial / Finance

• Project management

• Analysis and synthesis skills

• Process digitalization

• An ability to listen and reproduce the elements communicated to you

• Rigor and reliability in carrying out the work requested of you

• Your ability to take initiatives and the desire to gain autonomy on subjects

• A particular appetite for new technologies and digital

Language skills :

• English: advanced

• Fluent French

Our selection process
All applications are studied by a recruiter.
If your application is validated by the recruiter you will be invited to carry out a deferred video interview. It will be viewed and then shared with the position manager if your application is preselected in the Short List.
The manager/tutor will organize interviews/exchanges with the short-listed candidates selected before selecting the final candidate for this work-study program.
