The successful candidate will be part of the Technical Services (Performance) Department, SIA Engineering Division.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare weighing checklist, scales nomination for aircraft weighing.     
• Prepare Basic Weight Schedule for all SIA aircraft weighing, weight revision or new airplane delivery.
• Produce Trim Charts, Layouts, Cargo Restraint and Engineering Notes using AutoCad.
• Calculate pantry weight and index for new cabin layout and for chartered flights.
• Update and compile fleet APM (Airplane Performance Monitoring) report on quarterly basis for submission. 
• Prepare Engineering Notes for the respective sections in Technical Services Department to document non typical repair scheme developed by specialists.
• Create notification in SAP for any additional work or inspection as required by Engineering Notes and managed the acknowledgement of notification from SIAEC.  
• Produce Engineering Drawings for various sections in Technical Services Department.
• Manage and maintain the record Special Inspection number and Inspection Approval Form.
• Prepare routine Special Inspection for maintenance to carry out inspection or AMM (Aircraft Maintenance Manual) task in Technical Services Department. 
• Create notification and liaise with SIAEC Planning PDD (Planning Data Department) for maintenance plan and task list for the compliance of Special Inspection.

Requirements

• Possess at least a Diploma, preferably in a technical field like engineering, computing. 
• Articulate, can work independently and flexibly
• Good interpersonal skills
• Teamwork and collaboration.
• Communication and presentation skills
• Able to work in fast-paced environment
