We are looking for an Audit Officer Delegate to come onboard in our ERM & Audit Directorate in Vincent LEROY’s team, a team of 4 collaborators.

The mission of the ERM & Audit department is to:

• develop an independent Internal Audit function at ATR Corporate level, in connection with Airbus & Leonardo ; this is key to support ATR meeting its objectives, in the context of an ambitious ramp up over the coming years.
• reshape and boost ERM in ATR, strengthening the operational dimension:  streamline an agile governance, act as Business Partners, develop an anticipation mindset, boost early derisking and a strong opportunities culture.

You will work closely with all Functions of the Company.

Your Mission

• Further develop a strong internal audit capabilities at ATR Corporate level
• Develop audit plans & schedules
• Carry out complex audits with multiple stakeholders on all areas of the company with a focus on operational dimension
• Support Business Management
• Contribute  to the performance of audited areas and ATR in general
• Provide concrete recommendations and get the buy in from stakeholders
• Present audit results to the Top Management (CEO, Excom, Audit Committee and possibly Board of Directors) and advise them
• Monitor corrective action plans
• Cooperate with Leonardo & Airbus Corporate Audits
• Establish a strong link with ERM (audit of elements at risk and recommendations contributing to the derisking)

About you

• Engineering degree
• 10&43; years’ experience in aeronautical industry in operational roles (Programme, Operations, Engineering, Procurement,…)
• Strong experience in conducting audits
• Good knowledge of aerospace standards and regulations
• Polyvalent and good knowledge of: Programmes, Operations, Engineering, Procurement, Customer Service, Commercial,…
• Listening and analysis, ability to see the big picture
• Anticipative mindset
• Ability to challenge the status quo while acting as a Business Partner
• Autonomous, pro-active, ability to bring forward proposals, problem solving mindset
• Organizational & leadership skills
• Very good written & oral communication (English), fluent in French, Italian is a very appreciated
• Office Microsoft and be at ease with softwares for the Directorate Digital Control Room
