Charter and Planning Associate
We are recruiting for a Charter and Planning Associate to join the Network & Strategy Team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in contributing to our profitability by developing and delivering a growing charter programme across both BA Cityflyer and BA Euroflyer, whilst supporting the planning of robust schedules across the entire operation.
What you’ll do:
In this role, you’ll have the unique opportunity to engage with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, managing key relationships with charter customers and working closely alongside Commercial and Operations colleagues. You’ll be responding to charter queries, providing availability & quotes for new business, and distributing all charter documentation required for a successful programme. Youll also have the opportunity to get involved in Commercial & Strategic Projects across BA Cityflyer and BA Euroflyer.
This role can be based at Head Office, Didsbury, Manchester or London City Airport.
What you’ll bring to BA Cityflyer:
We are looking for a candidate who has strong organisational skills and good commercial acumen, with the ability to use initiative and deliver against tight deadlines. We are looking for a candidate who is agile and comfortable multitasking, and is willing to travel and be on call out of hours where required.
Your experience:
Experience in working with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) is essential. Previous experience in an airline, charter, tour operation or scheduling role is highly desirable, however we’re also happy to upskill someone who is eager to learn.
