- Project management/lead experience
- PowerPoint presentation skills and ability to present
- Ability to work within Microsoft Project. Microsoft Primavera a plus
- Engineering background in Dynamic Systems
- Work with Lead to develop timelines for task completions
- Long lead issues for part development and material ordering
- Work with adjacent groups for design and manufacturing timelines
- Prior Sikorsky experience a big plus. Needs to understand how Sikorsky completes projects
