Role Overview:
As a Brazing/Heat Processor Level 2, you will play a vital role in assembling, heating, and processing mechanical parts, ensuring they meet the highest industry standards. Your expertise will directly impact the performance and safety of aviation components. You’ll work with state-of-the-art machinery while ensuring smooth, efficient operations through precise brazing and heating techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
Brazing & Heating: Perform essential brazing and heating tasks to join mechanical components, guaranteeing they meet strict quality requirements.
Maintenance & Testing: Conduct routine maintenance on machinery and equipment, ensuring all systems operate safely and efficiently.
Part Identification: Identify components in need of replacement due to wear, damage, or malfunction.
Order Management: Place orders for parts when replacements are necessary to maintain operational flow.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety guidelines while working with machinery, chemicals, and physical equipment, ensuring a safe work environment.
Qualifications:
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to perform basic brazing and heating tasks.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and meet physical demands.
Steel-toed footwear required.
Preferred:
Formal training or apprenticeship in brazing, heating, or a related field.
0-2 years of experience in brazing, heating, or mechanical processing.
Familiarity with common brazing and heating practices and procedures.
Ability to work under immediate supervision and follow pre-established guidelines.
Special Considerations:
Physical Demands: Lifting requirements include up to 30 lbs or more.
Exposure: Moderate exposure to machinery, chemicals, and physical risks.
Equipment Operation: Operation of industrial trucks and heavy machinery.

Pay Details: $24.25 per hour
