Job Description:

The Business Enterprise Architect is a strategic leader responsible for aligning the organisations business architecture with its overall strategy and objectives. You will develop, implement, and maintain a cohesive enterprise architecture that enables efficient operations, optimises resource utilization, and drives business transformation. Your work will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring both are in sync and contribute to organisational success.

• Business Architecture Development and Governance:
o Lead the development and maintenance of the enterprise architecture framework, incorporating business processes, capabilities, information assets, and technology infrastructure.
o Define and govern architecture standards and principles to guide all IT projects and initiatives.
o Evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions aligned with the enterprise architecture and business goals.
• Strategic Planning and Alignment:
o Translate business strategies and objectives into actionable architecture roadmap and implementation plans.
o Conduct business capability assessments and identify opportunities for improvement and optimisation.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure architectural decisions support business needs and drive value.
• Process and Change Management:
o Identify and analyse business processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
o Design and implement optimised business processes and workflows aligned with the enterprise architecture.
o Lead and manage change initiatives related to architecture implementation and adoption.
• Communication and Collaboration:
o Effectively communicate complex architectural concepts to stakeholders at all levels, including executives, business leaders, and IT teams.
o Foster collaboration and build strong relationships with internal and external partners.
o Advocate for the value of enterprise architecture and its role in achieving organisational Goals.
