The Programme:

Within the Buzz Graduate Programme, you will get to do rotations within the following areas and will start in Dublin for a period of 12 months!

Flight Operations:

• Inflight
• Pilot and Cabin Crew recruitment
• Training and development
• Licensing and Flight Time Limitations

Operations Control Centre:

• Movement of aircrafts within the network
• Ground Handling coordination
• Crew Control management

Commercial and Planning:

• Charter aircrafts contracting
• Airport slot allocation
• Ad-hoc flight planning and costing

Finance:

• Accounting
• Finance Controlling (key to our business success!)
• Financial Audits

The Application Process:

• What you need to get in - You will need to be on track to achieve a minimum of 2.1 and have excelled in your degree course. We want inspirational graduates who have a story to tell and who have strong outside interests. Cultural fit at Ryanair is just as important as academics.

  Application process – Application will remain open until 31st January 2025 But we recommend getting your application in earlier as like our aircraft we like to be on-time! Everyone we hire at Ryanair needs to show the skills and behaviours that have helped us to achieve our growth over the last 40+ years and we expect candidates to demonstrate a hardworking and entrepreneurial spirit during the interview process, which will include a mandatory face to face interview.

• Studies in a relevant degree programme and either secured a 2.1 or above or be on track to
• Must of graduated/ finished university no earlier than 2023
• Hold the unrestricted right to live and work in Ireland and travel freely throughout the network.
• Strong analytical ability to drive efficiency, quality and continuous improvements
• Ability to work in a pressurised and fast paced environment
• Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work on own initiative
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• PC Skills (Word, Excel, Power point etc)
• Good sense of humour and doesnt take themselves too seriously!!!!
