CFO, Industrial Safety

As a Sr Finance Director you will act as the CFO ofthe Industrial Safety (IS) Line of Business (LOB) here at Honeywell. You willhold a critical leadership position, responsible for providing strategicdirection and oversight to the financial operations of the IS LOB. In this role,you will drive the financial success of the organization by developing andexecuting comprehensive financial strategies that align with businessobjectives. You will collaborate closely with senior executives andcross-functional teams to ensure financial goals are aligned with overallbusiness strategies. Your expertise in financial analysis and forecasting willbe instrumental in identifying opportunities for business expansion andmitigating financial risks. As the CFO of the IS LOB, you will play a pivotalrole in shaping the financial direction of the organization.

You will report directly to the CFO of SST and you will workout of our Richardson, TX location on a hybrid work arrangement (the hybridschedule requires at least three days per week on-site).

In this role, you will impact the ISLOB by providing strategic financial leadership and guidance. Function as COOto drive set targets on revenue, VCM and cash flow with highest integrity andcompliance. You will oversee the financialoperations, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis of the IS LOB,ensuring its financial stability and growth. Your expertise in financialmanagement, risk assessment, and compliance will contribute to optimizing the ISLOBs financial performance and profitability. By providing valuable insightsthrough financial analysis, you will enable informed decision-making and drivethe long-term growth and sustainability of the IS LOB.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee development of strategic planning, includinginvestments and operating budgets, to ensure optimal utilization of financialresources.
• Act and drive as COO in the region to deploy strategic priorities and deliver on commitments
• Establish annual financial goals; monitor and analyzeperformance against these objectives.
• Lead the development of future financial strategies,monitor and continually strengthen the global control environment, includingdriving analytical, controllership and strong compliance and integrity culture.
• Ability to communicate at all levels in the organization and who thinks strategically to influence business decisions using appropriate, fact-based analytical skills.
• Work with operating business unit heads and their teams todrive growth and value creation.
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders, includinginvestors, auditors, and financial institutions.

YOU MUST HAVE

• 8+ years financial experience within manufacturingenvironment
• Direct experience from a large-scale segment CFO role in amultinational environment
• Strong financial integrity, controls, and forecastaccuracy
• A strong commercial orientation and a proven ability topartner with line managers and operating teams to drive and monitor performanceand to develop strategic plans
