Role Introduction
Reports to: Assistant Manager Cabin Crew Development
The Cabin Crew Career Development Officer sits under the Inflight Services Delivery Department mainly responsible for supporting the administration and reporting functions of all disciplinary cases. The Cabin Crew Career Development Officer will also be responsible for supporting cabin crew related case management and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Case Management
- Initiate preliminary inquiry email to crew so as to enhance efficiency and to prevent backlog
- Handle simple case investigations and resolution
- Record and prepare interview summaries to ensure they are sent to the crew post interview
Crew Administration
- Open new cases and log in (G: drive) for CCDT for case handling
- Assign cases to Cabin Crew Development Executive to follow up with crew
- Update the PHub crew profiles with the information
- Manage the common account and ensure all enquiries and cases are handled in a timely manner
- Update and maintain all the information on cases accurately and responsible for all the administrative tasks in the Team e.g. filing in ECM, Phub and order stationery
Reports
- Generate monthly statistical report of received/closed cases such as recognition letters, attendance related and performance related cases
Others
- Support the Asstant Manager on any ad hoc tasks or projects as required
Requirements
- Tertiary education or above
- Familiar with Cabin crew operational environment, culture, policies and procedures
- Knowledge of the various ordinances in the legislative environment
- Good planning, interpersonal and organising skills
- Methodical and detail oriented
- Strong command of written and spoken English
- Previous case management experience is an advantage
- Familiar with the People systems, policies and procedures
- Ability to maintain good working relationships with other operational departments
- Good understanding of cabin crew working conditions and culture
