Job Title: Calibration Technician - Tucson, AZ Job Description
- Perform calibrations on a wide range of dimensional, electrical, and mechanical instruments to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- Collect, document, and report calibration data with precision and adherence to quality assurance (QA) protocols.
- Troubleshoot, adjust, and maintain calibration equipment to optimize performance.
- Manage and prioritize work schedules and customer accounts to meet deadlines efficiently.
- Train personnel and assist in managing shop assignments to support operational workflow.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and follow best laboratory practices for data collection and record-keeping.
- Provide exceptional customer service through written, verbal, and digital communication.
- Travel periodically to customer sites and training venues as needed.
- Follow company safety procedures and participate in the drug-free workplace program.

Additional Skills & Qualifications - At least 3 years of experience in calibration (dimensional tool calibration, metrology, electrical instrument calibration, medical instrument calibration, avionics calibration), avionics repair or overhaul, RF electronics, electronic engineering, military electronics (PMEL training preferred), or chip manufacturing experience.
- Ability to independently complete dimensional tool and light electrical calibrations.
- Experience with pressure, torque, mass, force, and temperature test instruments is a plus.
- Understanding of and willingness to adhere to QA procedures and best practices.
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English effectively.
- Strong customer service and communication skills (written, verbal, and digital).
- Must be able to lift 40 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Military experience, PMEL training, or ISO experience is a plus.

- M-F
- 7am - 4 pm or 8 am - 5 pm
- $20-30/hour
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $62400.00/yr.
