Role Summary:
The Call Centre Agent plays a crucial role in generating company revenue through outstanding customer service and sales expertise. This position involves efficiently handling incoming phone calls and email inquiries, promoting products with a courteous and professional demeanor to drive sales.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails directed to personal or shared customer contact channels, ensuring prompt and courteous responses
- Deliver exceptional customer service by proactively identifying and meeting customer needs with empathy and professionalism.
- Meet or exceed call volume and revenue targets set by the company, utilizing effective sales techniques and customer service strategies to drive performance and achieve sales goals
- Provide customers with comprehensive flight and airport information, assisting with itinerary changes and updates
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all Air North products and services to provide accurate information to customers
Must haves:
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience
- A passion for providing superior customer service
- A strong sense of accountability, honesty, and responsibility in all tasks, supporting the trust that we have built with passengers, partners, and communities
- Enthusiasm for contributing to our unique mission, whether that’s through direct customer service, operational excellence, or behind-the-scenes support
- Must be a legally entitled to work in Canada
Nice to haves:
- Ability to speak French or other languages
- Previous Call Centre experience

This position is available as a remote opportunity in Vancouver, Victoria, Kelowna, Calgary or Edmonton. The position will require frequent travel to our various bases, primarily Whitehorse, YT. Whitehorse, YT based positions will be given first priority.
