JOB DESCRIPTION TITLE: Catering and Handling Coordinator REPORTS TO: Director of Logistics OVERVIEW:

To support and serve our Customer Service and Sales team on all Catering and Ground Handling requests. The Catering Coordinators main job responsibility is to ensure that all Catering information is set up and coordinated for all GX Operations. The position is designed to work closely with various departments to include Customer Service, Sales, Inflight team, and Ground Handling for all daily flight operations. The Catering Coordinator will also be responsible to work with our Manager of Ground Handling and assist with setting up handlers for all FBO and Terminal Operations as requested.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Request all Catering details for all contracts and confirm that we are within budget, working together with our Sales and Customer Service team.

• Monitor all flights operating whether Live or Reposition flights, to ensure that they have supplies, beverages,

and dry goods supplies to operate upcoming trips.

• Request crew meals for all flights that are required to have crew meals due to specific flight time.

• Receive all requisition sheets form our flight crews and send sheets to the caters to stock our aircrafts and

work closely on this with our Inflight Team.

• Process weekly inventories for all Main Stations within GlobalX Air.

• Coordinate with various Kitchens to ensure we still have GX stock to cover at least 1 or 2 weeks of flying every month.

• Coordinate any special meal requests directly with our Customer Service and Inflight department to ensure our flight crews are aware of what has been ordered for their trip.

• Ensure that all Caterers and Catering orders confirmed 24 hours prior with each vendor and Station Rep.

• Work together with our legal team to obtain liquor licenses as needed.

• Process all invoices thru our Finance department to ensure invoice is accurate and approved in a timely manner.

• Set up all vendors in our system to process direct bill payments.

Additional duties and responsibilities pertaining to Ground Handling department:

• Request and set up ground handling for all FBO & Terminal Operations for all flights and confirm that

all handlers are aware of GX Procedures and Requirements.

• Ensure that all flight information, such as handler information, emails contacts is updated into our

Scheduling System per flight.

• Assist as needed in processing all requests for slots, permits, PPR&39;s etc.

• Coordinate with handlers any specific and out of the ordinary requests received by our customers for a

specific flight.

• Ensure that all Stations have proper signage and supplies to operate our flights.

The Catering Coordinator position maintains flexibility in its role and shall provide operational support in all applicable aspects which leads to the successful completion of each flight. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have exceptional communication skills to effectively communicate with all senior management, Miami Dade gate assignment, service providers to ensure that the operational plans and activities are executed efficiently and effectively.

• Understanding of airport and airline ground operations

• Computer literate

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Excellent command of the English language

• Excellent communication skills • Able to be flexible as schedule varies, 24/7 operations with Holidays/Weekends/Shift work, occasional short notice call out.

• Display a positive, open and cooperative behavior in order to facilitate a good relationship inside and outside the department, avoid and help solve conflicts.

• Comply with Company policies, values and ethics.

• Report to hierarchy any unusual mishaps, non-compliances of terms set in the contracting process and risks whether to employees or to the company.

• Ability to work under pressure and multi-tasking.
