The job holder is part of the Communications and Market Awareness team based in Tres Cantos – Madrid

Delivering at local level internal and external communications activities that support the business operational targets and the local communications objectives, ensuring the right message is communicated to the right audience using the right channels at the right time and in the right context.

Responsibilities for the function relate to both internal and external communication activities.

Internal communication essential tasks:

•             Support the preparation of the yearly Communication plan.

•             Ensuring all internal communication is planned in line with the communications plans, prioritise the key topics and aligned with  external messaging.

•             Identifying the most effective approach to using media, create, validate and share company messages on respective topics.

•             Feeding local internal channels:  content creation, publication of articles, proofreading,  internal TV programme, poster campaigns.

•             Support plant Communicantion manager as needed in representing communications within several multi functional teams, to identify opportunities, advise when needed and ensure close coordination with other stakeholders

•             Working with the events team to support them when organising major internal events locally

•             Measuring the effectiveness of above mentioned activities and adjusting accordingly.

External Communication essential tasks

•             Actively contribute to the communication strategy & the communication plan definition

•             Act as Community Manager of the web sites and social media as required

•             Develop & deploy the communication means - including videos, presentations, events

•             Support all events definition & management

•             Measure the communication plan efficiency

•             Ensure continuous improvements and propose innovative communication means

•             Participate to the coordination of the local Communication team stakeholders.

Additionally (as a plus)

The jobholder will be in charge of supporting the design, development, storyboarding, writing and producing multimedia content for multiple channels to a diversified audience base.

In particular

•             Delivering professional expertise in the conception and specification of audiovisual assets (videos, photos, infographics, presentations..)

•             Provide consultation and guidance, substantive expertise on creating new photo, video and multimedia content

•             Participating and contributing regularly to multi-discipline Team (Program line, Marketing, Engineering, Commercial) to develop and provide targeted audiovisual content in response to customer needs

REQUIREMENTS:

Education: MA or BA in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or similar degree

Work Experience:

>1 yr working experience in a communication position
