Northrop Grumman Defense Systems sector is currently seeking a Computer Systems Analyst to join our growing team in Warner Robins, Georgia. In this position, the selected candidate will take an active role in information security governance protecting the men and women that fly our nation’s aircraft in harm’s way.
Responsibilities:
- Supports production, business, and other processes in a team-based manufacturing environment.
- Performs activities in a variety of cross-functional areas including production planning and control, total quality management, systems, manufacturing, equipment and facilities engineering, material management, and process reengineering.
- Facilitate self-directed work teams, provide training in core skill areas to teams and peers, and interact with internal and external customers with respect to product planning, problem resolution, and process improvement.
- Applies advanced technical knowledge to solve complex problems that typically cannot be solved solely by referencing manufacturers manuals or similar documents, such as:
- Determining the location and density of circuitry
- Evaluating electromagnetic radiation
- Isolating malfunctions to component level
- Incorporating engineering designs
- Exercises independent judgment in performing such tasks as making circuit analyses, calculating wave forms, and tracing relationships in signal flow
- Uses complex test instruments such as high frequency pulse generators, frequency synthesizers, distortion analyzers, and complex computer control equipment
- Work may be reviewed by supervisor for general compliance with accepted practices
- May provide technical guidance to lower-level technicians
Basic Qualifications:
-Must have High School Diploma/GED and 6 additional years of related experience/education may be considered in lieu of degree.
- Will also accept a bachelors degree or appropriate Military Occupational Specialty in electronics repair (or related field) with a minimum of 2 years of electronics / electrical repair experience;
- Must have work experience in manufacturing automated test equipment, troubleshooting, testing, building, and repair

- Must have an in-depth understanding of the interrelationships of circuits
- Must be able to demonstrate the ability to solve real world complex electronic problems
- Must have the understanding of how to operate measuring equipment and tools.
- Must have an interim or active U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Secret security clearance, or an inactive clearance (last active within the past 2 years)
- Must be able to work any shift
- Must be able to work on-site in Warner Robins, Georgia
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in STEM related degree
- Experience with Electro-Optical test equipment
- Experience with NI drivers and software, Labview, CVI, and Test Stand
- Experience working solo: self-prioritizing and tasking, consistent cadence
- Experience working within teams: projects, meeting schedules, and goals
- Experience working with customers: meetings, presentations, and tours

Salary Range: $70,200 - $105,400
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidates experience, education, skills and current spanet conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
