Airbus Crisa (TSPI) is the organization within Airbus DS - Space Systems in charge of design, development and production of Avionics Equipment for Space applications, both to Airbus DS internal customer and for external customers.

TSAM5 is the department in charge of Sales and Contract Management at Airbus Crisa.

Integrated into the commercial and contracts team, the job holder will perform Contract Management activities:
• Shall provide the contractual inputs to the Bid/No-Bid, commercial risk register and RMC/tender notification document
• Shall prepare and negotiate any necessary agreements ( such as NDA / MOA/ MOU / Teaming Agreement / License …) to support the proposal;
• Shall prepare the statement of compliance to the draft contract, if available or otherwise prepare own T&Cs
• Ensure consistency of the proposal wrt export constraints and applicable laws
• Is responsible to run the terms and conditions discussion/clarification during the negotiation phase.
• Act as focal point and customer I/F in all contractual matters during proposal phase and project phase.
• Ensure Airbus Hedging policy implementation and liaise with Treasury
• Handle requirements wrt Bonds, Guarantees, Letter of Credits etc
• Shall define Termination profiles/ Milestone Payment Plan (supported by Finance department)
• Shall support Procurement in issuing the RFQ to potential Subcontractors and manage the resulting down-flow of T&Cs

Education: Degree in Law
Language: English and Spanish must be negotiation level.
Minimum of 1 year post-qualification experience in Contract Management in an international environment with detailed understanding of commercial/financial implications and contractual negotiations.
