Join our dynamic Operations Strategy & Planning department as a Crew Establishment Planning Officer. Reporting to the Crew Establishment Planning Manager, youll play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining the Crew Establishment plan. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring optimal crew levels for a safe, compliant, and cost-efficient operation.

Key responsibilities include supporting annual crew headcount budgets, updating AIMS ahead of deadlines, tracking FTE data, reporting on crew assumptions, and producing data packs for union and works council bodies. Recommend roster patterns, communicate with stakeholders, and support Crew Planning in roster production.

 

What you need to do this role

You will have a minimum of two years of operational experience in crew scheduling/planning or a similar department, with a solid understanding of EASA FTL regulations and complex crew collective agreements (CLA). Ideally you will have experience in an EU planning environment. Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly MS Forms and Excel, is crucial, demonstrating a meticulous eye for detail and the ability to analyse crew/roster-related data. You should display excellent communication skills and be skilled at presenting intricate planning information clearly.

A flexible attitude towards changing demands and timescales, coupled with effective time management, is essential for this position. Location & Hours of Work

 

This is a full-time 40 hour per week position. Hybrid working is available with a minimum requirement of 3 days at Luton Airport.
