The Crew Scheduling Digital Solutions Consultant provides technology solutions to address complex business problems for Crew Schedulers who support Pilots and Flight Attendants. This role will analyze, design, and update business processes by utilizing process improvement techniques, automation, and technology tools. The Crew Scheduling Digital Solutions Consultant is a problem solver who is ready to drive the innovation of Crew Scheduling&39;s business processes.

This role is a hybrid position based out of our Corporate Campus in Dallas, TX, which requires Employees to work onsite on our Corporate Campus at least three days a week. The Department designates the specific three days of the week Employees must work on-site.

Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and deliver efforts to improve operational business processes
- Research and analyze internal business processes with the scope of optimizing and automating them
- Create solutions and process improvements that balance quality, efficiency, and costs
- Design, build, test and deploy digital business solutions for Crew Scheduling Teams using low-code/no-code techniques and tools
- Manage application enhancements, troubleshooting, standard application changes and maintenance activities
- Correspond with business customers to understand business and technical requirements
- May perform other job duties as directed by Employees Leaders
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Knowledge of process design techniques, tools, and principles
- Knowledge of software planning and development lifecycles
- Skilled in gathering requirements to identify and deliver business solutions
- Skilled in data preparation and visualization
- Skilled in the development of applications using no-code/low-code tools
- Proficient in developing applications in QuickBase
- Ability to effectively communicate to convey ideas, provide updates and demonstrations, and conduct workshops/sessions
- Ability to work independently to direct efforts and manage multiple projects at once
- Ability and eagerness to learn and apply new skills quickly
- Knowledge of Alteryx workflows
Education
- Required: High School Diploma or GED
Experience
- Advanced-level experience, seasoned and specialized knowledge in:
- Business process assessment and design, including root cause analysis and process mapping
- Process automation tools and techniques, such as low-code/no-code platforms
- Data preparation
- Defining, planning, and executing medium to large projects
Physical Abilities
- Ability to perform work duties from [limited space work station/desk/office area] for extended periods of time
- Ability to communicate and interact with others in the English language to meet the demands of the job
- Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed and accuracy to meet the demands of the job
Other Qualifications
- Must maintain a well-groomed appearance per Company appearance standards as described in established guidelines
- Must be a U.S. citizen or have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to comply with Company attendance standards as described in established guidelines
- Must meet confidentiality expectations as to confidential, proprietary and sensitive Company information
- Some travel may be required
- Ability to work extended hours as needed
Pay & Benefits:
Competitive market salary from $107,650 per year to $119,60 per year* depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities are available and awarded at the discretion of the Company.
