Critical Systems Tech Professional

Job Description:

V2X is growing! V2X is looking for a Critical Systems Tech Professional to join our team!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Technical Professional with Audio/Video (A/V) and broadcast experience to support the NBL maintaining and upgrading current systems.
Inspect, test fit, and install existing and new hardware.
Perform Engineering design, integration, and project management as needed.
Collaborate with the NBL Critical Systems A/V team to resolve any design issues.
Maintain mandatory trainings status.
Mentor and train junior employees as needed.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:

5 years of experience within the NBL or on a government contract.
Excellent knowledge of NBL video system, CATV and camera control system.
Ability to work with multiple discipline projects.
Decision making ability and team leadership skills that pertain to project management.
Time management and organization skills
SCUBA diving certification or willingness to obtain one is preferred.
Familiar with NBL/NASA rules, regulations, best practices, and performance standards is a plus.
Requires advanced knowledge of A/V systems typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
Practical to substantial knowledge of NBL Critical Systems projects, programs, or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work.
