Job Description:

This position aims to conduct performance data analysis and support Cross Plant ME organisation in daily work.

ACCOUNTABILITY

For the Performance Analysis

• Collect and sort data from Cross Plant Production, ME, Supply Chain and Supplier functions
• Organize the data and translate into Cross Plant operation KPI figures
• Perform the Operation performance DASH board update and connect with related functions for data communication
• Provide the advice to Cross Plant function HOs based on the KPI trends
• Liaison with IM, AOS and Quality team for company level performance report

For the ME Support 

• Act as ACPNG (Aircraft progress tool) focal point,  filter the points which are not TAG/Linked to ME & other Cross Plant teams and drum beat the responsibilities to complete it
• Team planning preparation and follow up  (ex: on call support weekend, shifts plannings with all Cross Plant teams)
• Arrange ME meetings &43; MoM to support on management request
• Represent ME for specific meetings and drumbeat and follow up action within the team to achieve it in due time 
• Drumbeating and follow up actions &34;OSW global view&34; information summary to ensure up to date information to help team to better prioritize which tasks is prio 1 bwt A/C arriving, A/C in flow line, FL...
• Drumbeating para and follow up to ensure getting supplier document on time vs production priority
• Support Engineering documentation preparation & dispatch on request
• Support Engineering access application to specified tools

This role requires a normal day shift work, in case of needed, support to the late shifts needs may required <5

QUALIFICATION

• EDUCATION: with Bachelor degree
• EXPERIENCE: 3 year experience in project support and performance analysis domain, experience with Cross Plant Operation environment
• CERTIFICATION: N/A
• LANGUAGE: fluent English both in written and oral speaking
• KNOWLEDGE / TECHNICAL SKILLS:  skillful in Excel/Google and reporting; experienced with SAP and data processing from SAP
• ABILITIES: Quick learning, Flexibility, Integrity
