Ethiopian Airlines Group would like to invite qualified applicants for its Ethiopian New International Airport Project the capacity of Document Controller.
ABOUT THE JOB
POSITION: DOCUMENT CONTROLLER
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: FIXED TERM CONTRACT
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Diploma in Office Administration, Secretarial science & Office Management/Customer contact & Secretarial operation/Secretarial science with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
Age – Not more than 50 years old
KEY COMPETENCIES:
Responsible for daily document management services and reporting on the documents management and control systems.
Proficiency in using advanced document management systems (e.g., Aconex, Procore, SharePoint) for organizing, tracking, and archiving project documents.
Experience in managing documentation for large-scale airport projects, including compliance with aviation industry standards and regulations.
Expertise in establishing and maintaining document control procedures, ensuring accurate and efficient handling of all project documents.
Skills in managing version control to ensure that all stakeholders have access to the most current and accurate documentation.
Proficiency in systematic record-keeping, ensuring that all project records are properly filed and easily retrievable.
Ability to perform quality checks on documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project standards.
Strong coordination skills to liaise with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate document distribution.
Understanding of document security practices to safeguard sensitive project information and maintain confidentiality.
Competency in using digital tools and technologies for efficient document handling and workflow management.
LANGUAGE
Knowledge of ET working language English is mandatory.
