The Role:

The successful candidate will work within the Boeing Global Services Programme Management team, based in Surrey, U.K.

The Data Coordinator role provides is responsible for the exchange of data between Boeing and our Suppliers. This is managed within a Boeing created software system, “CSDT” (Customer Supplier Data Transactions). This role will also ensure that data is supplied and responded to in accordance with delivery schedules defined by the Programme Management team.

The successful candidate will be highly organised and able to manage their time effectively. The ability to work independently without high levels of supervision (self-motivated) is required. Previous experience in an administrative role would be advantageous.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Programme Management and Engineering teams to establish an itemised list of data that will be needed, and create a schedule of deliveries which you will enter into the Boeing data management system, “CSDT”.
  • Ensure Suppliers are delivering data in accordance with the schedule and advise of any delinquencies.
  • Assigning and amending schedule dates as required.
  • Ensure the Boeing team respond to data submittals per the schedule and advise of any delinquencies.
  • Verify data received from and returning to suppliers meets company assigned criteria for format and content before releasing into the system for Boeing review.
  • Assigning and amending resources conducting data reviews.
  • Provide status reports to the Programme Manager showing what data has been received, what is delinquent and what has been completed.

Work Authorisation:

This requisition is for a locally hired position in the UK. Candidates must have current legal authorisation to work immediately in the UK. Boeing will not attempt to obtain Immigration and labour sponsorship for any applicants.

Benefits and pay are determined at the local level and are not part of Boeing U.S. based payroll. This position does not have relocation approval.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role required
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Able to work independently without high levels of supervision (self-motivated)
  • A keen attention to detail
