Job Description:

Tasks

Coordinate regular exchanges with Airline Operations Center (AOC) stakeholders to identify relevant hypotheses for process mining.
Align with teams to prioritize key exploration areas and generate actionable insights.
Conduct regular operational process mining to maintain up-to-date insights into planning and execution processes.
Analyze smart buffers in large datasets from Obelisk, integrating insights from additional data sources using Python for advanced analytics.
Prepare visually compelling dashboards and reports to facilitate discussions with AOCs on findings and implications.
Focus on “issue-based robustness” by addressing specific challenges identified through data-driven insights.
Enhance workflows with a focus on automation to streamline operations

Requirements

University Degree in ICT related fields
Proven experience in data analysis, process mining, or related technical domains.
Hands-on experience with Python for data manipulation, analysis, and automation.
Familiarity with large-scale data systems like Obelisk is a strong advantage.
Proficiency in creating data visualizations and presenting technical results in user-friendly dashboards..
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with curiosity for uncovering insights in complex datasets.
Detail-oriented and structured approach with a passion for process optimization and automation.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Proactive and innovative mindset for driving continuous improvement.
