Export Control is key for Airbus! In this context we have an exciting new opportunity for a Digital Service Owner for the Export Control Tangible Hold & Release Service. You will join the new Export Control Product organization within Digital significantly contributing to ensure Export Compliance on company level. In your new job you will work closely with a wide set of stakeholders like Export Control, Business Functions, the Export Control programme as well as other Airbus Divisions. It is your responsibility to secure service delivery. The usage of a lean work methodology puts the quality in everything the Export Control Product is delivering.

Your Responsibilities/Tasks:
- Ensure Export Control Tangible Hold and Release products integration and services delivery / continuity.
- Digital Service Owner  within Export Control Product in Digital organization in charge of the Export Control Tangible Hold & Release Service.
- Coordinate the prioritization of incidents and evolutions with the business stakeholders, track critical incidents resolution and communicate the progress of these evolutions of the products within the Service.
- Act as focal point for the Export Control Tangible Hold & Release E2E solutions in coordination with group (Airbus Commercial and Airbus Helicopters) Tangible Hold & Release Product managers.
- Follow-up and ensure Service quality, delivery success and end user satisfaction.
- Being close to the Export Control business and impacted Business functions identifying current weak points in the AD system landscape and way of working.
- Identify and propose improvements in alignment with business requirements.
- Functional expertise on the Tangible Hold & Release products.
- Support your team members and Digital teams in order to deliver on commitments.
- Monitor monthly reports on Service delivery (SLAs, KPIs etc.) and ensure improvement.
- Coordinate the reports towards the Export Control community.

Required Skills:
- Academic degree in Information Systems or Engineering.
- Experience in Product / Service delivery management.
- Experience in Export Control is a plus. 
- Experience with Airbus Skywise platform is a plus.
- Knowledge on ERP Systems (SAP) and SAP GTS / International Trade module is a plus.
- Knowledge on System integration / interfaces is a plus.
- Good stakeholder management.    
- Structured, good organization and prioritization skills.
- Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, willingness to travel.
- Continuous Improvement culture and mindset.
- Autonomous and proactive way of working.
- English on negotiation level is mandatory. German, Spanish or French is a plus.
