We are looking for a skilled Electronics Assembler to join our team. You will perform a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations on electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies. This includes working with modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables. You will work from diagrams and drawings, make initial layouts, and use hand and/or power tools, jigs, and saws.
Responsibilities
- Perform repetitive and non-repetitive production assembly operations on electronic and mechanical assemblies and subassemblies.
- Work from diagrams and drawings to make initial layouts.
- Use hand and/or power tools, jigs, and saws.
- Make continuity checks on work in process and completed assemblies.
- Conduct quality inspections on processing line in accordance with quality specifications.
- Disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test experimental or prototype assemblies and subassemblies according to specifications and under simulated conditions.
Essential Skills- One-year experience in soldering/cable assembly.
- Experience working with hand tools used in the assembly of cables and cabinet assemblies.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- IPC-610 Certification.
- IPC-620 Certification.
- IPC J-STD-001 Certification..

Work Environment
Employees have their own workstations and the environment is air-conditioned.
We offer two shifts: 1st shift from 5am - 3:30pm Monday - Thursday with Fridays off, and 2nd shift from 3:30pm - 2am Monday - Thursday with Fridays off.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position with duration of a year based out of OLDSMAR, FL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $25.00/hr.
